The host was very responsive, but the home was not clean. I spent more time cleaning than relaxing. My daughter had so many bites on her legs, we discovered bed bugs in the bed. Roaches throughout the home as well as roach species in the kitchen. I told the homeowner and VRBO, but never received a resolution. To pay this much money I was very disappointed.

Comfortable and Spacious

We were in town for a high school graduation. The property was wonderful. Tons of space for us to spread out. Felt like we were at home. Only real issue (that is able to be worked around) is water pressure. Only one shower at a time.

Wonderful house!

The house exceeded our expectations in regard to the location, view and accessibility to downtown Mobile. The house has a great kitchen and we loved having several seating areas. We would stay again!

Do not recommend.

I booked this property for the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids. We left our rehearsal dinner and upon arriving at this house found a car in the garage making it appear someone might actually be in the home?! After entering the house we found the kitchen to be filthy. The counters had crumbs and what appeared to be grease(?), as well as the stovetop. All of which had to be cleaned after getting to the house. Next come the bedrooms. Every. Single. Bed. Had sheets that were filthy and required us to wash them before we felt comfortable going to bed. The mattresses underneath were all gross and made us all feel uncomfortable. I ended up leaving the house at 11:40 pm the night before my wedding to go back home to get bedding to bring over to feel comfortable sleeping that night. Furthermore, the home has SEVERAL points of entry and a lot of the doors are sliding doors which are difficult or impossible to lock, which again creates a lot of discomfort for a guest. The bathrooms were not clean at all either. There was a clump of hair on the shower wall upstairs just to name one thing, but this was yet another thing that we had to clean prior to being able to go to bed that night as we all had to shower. Also, water pressure of the house is not compatible for the amount of showers or maybe just not if someone is flushing or running a sink? I had to run downstairs halfway through my shower bc the water upstairs literally just stopped working. Overall,do not recommend.

Comfortable and beautiful view

The owner was super accommodating as we had booked at another rental and had to change the same day due to pest issues. The owner was able to get us into this home the same day and everything upon arrival was clean and ready. It is an older home but very large and the beds are comfortable, kitchen large as well as the living space and the pool clean with pool floats and umbrella for sitting outside. The view is stunning especially at sunset. Very quiet and nice neighborhood,

Beautiful home with a great view!

Friends and I were staying in the area for a wedding. This was a beautiful house. Met all our needs and more! Got to swim in the pool and take in the beautiful scenery. The host was reachable and very responsive! Great location, close to plenty restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, spacious home with a great view!

We loved staying here! The home was beautiful and clean, plenty of space if you have a big group. We're actually local to the area and this was a perfect getaway. Our kids loved the pool, too! The homeowner was quick to respond and accommodating, even allowed us to do a late check-out.

This is it!!!

This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together. There’s a large kitchen with all amenities, a large backyard, and a pool. The house is worth every penny and I would love to rent there again.

Thanksgiving Blessing

This property was perfect for our family of 9. We had room to spread out but great for playing games together too. The owner kept the pool open for us even though it was cool we still jumped in for a quick swim. The location is central to all things Mobile and Eastern Shore , Spanish Fort , Daphne,Fairhope I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful pool and bay view!

The location was perfect for us - situated between Mobile, Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, and Loxley. The pool was great and the bay view of sunsets was gorgeous. John, the host, was great to work with!
