Mountain Air, a new construction located in the prestigious Blue Ridge Heights gated community high on the mountain tops and only 5 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge with boutique shopping, breweries, and many fine dining restaurants is where you will find your perfect get-away.

When you enter this luxury home, you will be greeted with an open floor plan allowing you to see all the beauty this level has to offer. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, waterfall counter top island and tons of storage provides that comfort of knowing you’ll have a breeze revealing your culinary skills while admiring those beautiful sunsets. The living room’s vaulted ceiling and stone laid gas fireplace with comfortable leather seating creates that atmosphere to snuggle up close to your loved one.

Day or night, when the gaming bug bites, you’ll find the antidote in the lower-level entertainment area with its pool table, arcade, board games and card table set for those high rollers. Those not bitten can join the fun atmosphere sitting on the large sectional watching their favorite show while enjoying the gas fireplace.

The entry level deck with its wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating and dining table for 6-8 is perfect for outdoor hosting and relaxing. The lower-level deck with hot tub and additional seating is just icing on the cake after a long day of sight-seeing and adventure.

With the kids having lamps to do some late-night reading in their bunkroom with 4 separate beds to the old folks having a choice between 4 king bedrooms, 3 with their own private bathroom and one with its secluded balcony; choosing a place to rest your head will be easy as night time approaches. Beautiful Blue Mountain

The cabin was very clean and the views of the mountains were spectacular! Had some minor concerns upon arrival and notified the property management of said concerns. Definitely would stay again in this peaceful location.

Great Family Getaway

This property is the nicest VRBO we have experienced. It was clean and as advertised. Paved roads all the way to the property which is a plus given the steep grades. Very responsive management. Absolutely majestic, panoramic views. Well provisioned kitchen. Would absolutely stay again.

We regret that the technician did not leave a door hanger to notify you of the visit, and we apologize for the oversight. We understand how frustrating it can be to have limited cleaning supplies and a lack of communication. We will ensure that additional cleaning supplies are provided promptly and improve our notification process to keep you better informed. Regarding the parking situation, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, the parking area is beyond our control, but we are actively looking into possible solutions to make parking more accessible for our guests. Nice stay

The area, location and neighborhood was very nice. The check in did not go well. The code did not work so we called the number provided and they were very helpful. Eventually we had to have maintenance replace the batteries in the door lock to get it to work. We were also never given the gate code to the neighborhood. The gate was opened when we checked in but while running out to get pizza for the family it closed us out. We called the after hours number and no answer. Finally someone did call us back and we were able to get in. The house is very nice with lots of room. However, Several lamps would not work, the fireplace upstairs was tricky to turn on, and the dishwasher in the kitchen would not work.

I really wanted to leave positive feedback…but the property management company is NOT great! Two days before our trip, i receive a voicemail stating the video arcade system no longer works no ETA on when it would be fixed. It is 1/3 of the game room…and should be fixed!On day of arrival, we receive a call an hour before we ready to check-in and receive yet another voicemail stating they need to push our check-in time back an hour. Upon arrival, garbage was all of the driveway and we cleaned it up. When I called the property manager, they told me due to the holiday garbage was not picked on Friday and they would get to it next week. Really? How about hauling the garbage away when you clean the property.I mean you had an extra hour on my dime and still could not manage to do it. Maybe fix the latch on the door for the garbage, and you would not have this issue. We let management know the latch was broken, even sent pictures…and no one ever came to fix it during our week stay.In addition, the refrigerator door was broken. They did come and fix it the next day.I called and asked for the property management team to call me to discuss the issues at hand…and no one has called me to date. We checked out on the 13th and still nothing. The home itself was beautiful, but unfortunately due to the fact the property manager showed zero concerns with our issues, I cannot provide a good review. What a shame!
