Great Location With Plenty Of Beds For Adults - Perfect If Just Sleeping There
Pros: The apartment complex is across the street from extenisive park walking distance from Larcomar Shopping Center. The security/reception staff were very helpful and kind. The address is easy for Uber and car services to find. The views are fabulous and no adults needed to sleep on bunkbeds or futons. Washer and dryers worked perfectly.Cons: The posting I booked was unclear how many apartments it was for. It is two entirely separate apartments in separate buildings within the same apartment complex. We were a group of friends attending an event and it was very inconvenient because someone had to go down to the lobby to let members of our group up if they werent in the same unit. The walk across the parking lot wasn’t so bad, but needing to go down to push the up button with a fob was very inconvenient. We were told on two occassions in writing the units are in the same building.The management staff is very responsive if communicating with WhatsApp, but not so much over the Vrbo app msg function. WiFi in one unit never worked in spite of very prompt responses from unit mgt. To be fair, we were not in the condos much and lost patience.Furniture was old and worn, some windows needed repairs and living room rug has permanent stains. It looked like older furniture put in because it is a rental property and not used personally by owners. Needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels. Not a big deal, just need to know that.
