We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed being just steps away from the ocean! There were so many little thoughtful extras at the home that we appreciated. The area felt very safe and communication with our host was exceptional.

This condo is perfect! It was so nice and clean upon arrival, lots of kitchen items and beach items which was a huge bonus (especially the beach tents!) The location to the beach is so close to public access to walk to with the beach wagon (that you could also borrow at the condo) you can just hang out all day at the beach if you wanted. Location is perfect as well to all restaurants up or down the strip and there are two ice cream shops within walking distance ;) Comfy beds and couch for an evening relax before heading back to the beach to watch the sunset which we highly recommend! Definitely a must stay condo if you are headed to this area.

Great location. Beautiful beach across the street and many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo very nice with a great layout and beautiful balcony. The host was amazing !!!!It was clean and well stocked. We will definitely return.

We had a great visit. Easy access to beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Loved having off street parking. Close proximity to explore other areas like downtown Tampa. went to a few spring training games. We would recommend this condo and would stay again if we did this trip again.

Justyna was a most gracious host. Very communicative and flexible. We liked it so much we extended our stay within the first couple of days. Everything we needed was provided from cooking to beach gear. Already rebooked for next year!

Location was perfect!

This clean and updated 2 bedroom property was perfectly situated right across from the beach, which made daily treks for sun and sand super easy. Communication with Justyna was always quick if we had a question. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place for a stay-cation

Stayed here over for a long weekend - the location was great, just across the street from beach access, and close to restaurants and other activities. The place was clean and comfortable, with good array of amenities. We will definitely pick this again next time we come to the area! Thank you!

Great House for Beach Getaway

Communication with owner was excellent. The property was very clean and welcoming. The location is excellent with the beach right across the street. Plenty of food options and shops nearby. The house is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, beach toys, towels, etc...I highly recommend staying here.

What a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary! Clean and comfy unit. Huge deck and the complex was well maintained. Owner was so wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent condo by the beach

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The inside is updated and clean with added amenities for the beach. It had a wagon, chairs, a cooler and even games for the entire family. The owner is super friendly and made sure our check-in and check out went smoothly

Excellent stay for families

This condo served all the needs of our family. The space was clean and supplied properly with everything from kitchen to beach toys. The complex is small so the pool and parking area is not overrun with people, noise, or busyness. It’s within walking distance to the beach, even for those with little children. The heated pool is an added bonus and is great for windy days when beach time is not as enjoyable.

Three adults stayed for seven nights: We found the condo to be comfortable, stylish, and clean! The accommodations were family friendly and the "small things" (beach chairs, food storage containers, coffee pods, etc) were readily available. Our host was very communicative and thoughtful. Everything was perfect! This is a hidden gem. The host was incredible to work with. This property has anything and everything you can think of. Steps from the beach! The condo was spotless, updated and so comfortable. I highly recommend this property. We can't wait to go back!

First time to this area

Condo had lots of room for the 2 of us. The area was quiet. The beach was close and amazing. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We had a small issue at check in and Justyna was quick to respond and it was rectified.

Gorgeous place close to the beach

Wonderful condo with plenty of space and a nice pool as well. We stayed 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids) and loved it. Communication with Justyna worked very well. As an extra special thing about this condo, the host has equipped the apartment with a lot of beach toys which is great when you are so close to the beach.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway with an Exceptional Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Coast 107, and it was an exceptional experience! Justyna was an amazing host—extremely organized and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation with kids. The condo itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and just a 2-minute walk to a peaceful beach. The location, combined with the well-stocked amenities, made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped beach getaway!

Hi! We are a family of 6 - 4 boys that LOVE spending time on the Gulf Coast. We live about 2 hours away but most of our free weekends are spent at the beach enjoying the waves, sand and ice cream. We hope you love your time as much as we do and create your personal memories in a casual, comfortable setting.

The Intercoastal is a small, quiet 20-unit property. Tidy grounds and clean. Just Be condo is a short walk to the magnificent white fine sand beach that stretch 25 miles.
We stock our cupboards, pantry and closets with the comforts of being home. We're committed to constantly updating and freshening the amenities. We are committed to excellent hospitality and very responsive.
