While we do provide the essentials, we understand how items like games or additional drinkware can enhance a stay, and we’ll certainly take that into consideration moving forward. It’s great to hear the beach chairs and pool area were useful, though we understand the crowding during spring break can impact the experience. We appreciate you sharing that feedback as well. ’m really sorry this was your experience—especially after a long travel day. Arriving late at night and not being able to access the property is incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you chose to find other accommodations. We sincerely apologize for the incorrect entry codes and the lack of timely follow-up from our team. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re looking into what went wrong to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Kimberly, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your feedback is very important to us. We plan on taking the wall tiles down. They were meant to be decorative. They just won't seem to stay up with all the humidity. We are all dog lovers and wish we could bring our dogs on the beach as well! The town just feels they wouldn't be able to keep the beaches as beautiful as they are if this "rule' wasn't in place. Not every beach goer takes care of their pet as you or I do unfortunately. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to having you back as our guest at any of our Carter Vacation Rentals for any of your furture visists!
