Welcome to The WilderNest! Our cozy, convenient, family-friendly home is nestled in the Pocono Mountains. Our 3-BR, 2-BA comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests making it perfect for small families or a group of friends who are looking for a relaxing getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space, PERFECT for gatherings with family & friends! Conveniently located near popular sites like Kalahari Waterpark, The Great Wolf Lodge, Tobyhanna State Park, Camelback Ski Resort, Delaware Water Gap, Jim Thorpe, Mt. Airy Casino and more!

The space:
The WilderNest is a part of the Pocono Farms Country Club community, and is conveniently located right off of PA Route 611 highway.

As you step inside The WilderNest, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living space--seamlessly combining the great room, dining area, and kitchen--providing a PERFECT gathering place for all of our guests to socialize with some food and refreshments, or to just simply RELAX!

The WilderNest offers a cozy & comfy space in an ideal location with nearby popular attractions for families and/or groups of friends looking for an outdoor retreat, without sacrificing the comforts of feeling like you're right at home. Even on days where you just don't feel like leaving the house or the weather has taken a turn for the worst, The WilderNest offers a wonderful game room in the loft area with plenty of fun board games, card games, puzzles, an arcade, a dartboard, and even a foosball table.

The WilderNest is equipped with 3-bedrooms, 2-baths that comfortably sleeps 8 guests:

+Community Amenities (Note: some amenities may be weather-permitting and/or seasonally available): Beach access, kayak/paddleboard, fishing(must conform to State Laws and/or PFCC clubhouse rules), boating (max 1.5hp trolling motor), tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, outdoor Olympic-sized heated pool w/kiddie splash pad, playground, bocce ball/shuffle board, full 18-hole golf course w/practice facility (additional green/cart/ball fees applies), community garden, fitness center (additional fees apply), restaurant/bar, and clubhouse activities/events.

+Private Outdoor Space: Sunroom w/seating, propane grill (propane provided), outdoor dining (table for 4+), wood-burning smokeless fire pit w/adirondack style chairs, and is well-lit for evening 'round the fire s'mores & more!

+Indoor Living Space: Roku smart TV w/Guest Mode for easy streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and more), cathedral ceilings w/natural lighting, ceiling fan(s), in-wall heating/cooling units, wood-burning fireplace, dining table (seats 8 comfortably), coffee bar, wine rack, reading nook, chess corner, and a loft w/game room

+Kitchen: Fully equipped w/cooking basics, dark stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, drying rack, drip coffee K-Cup machine, coffee/tea press, kettle, toaster, and all your kitchen essentials to be crafty in the kitchen!

+General: FAST'n FREE Wifi, top load washer/front load dryer, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, full length body mirrors

+Parking: Stone driveway ***4 vehicles max***
Guest access:
The WilderNest offers the entire house's living space including the wonderful sunroom and the private outdoor areas for guest access. Access to the attic, garage, crawlspace, and maintenance closet are NOT PERMITTED.

+Registration: All overnight guests (up to 6 guests of ages +6yo) are granted access wristbands that can be picked up at the clubhouse--this grants you access to all the community amenities such as the restaurant/lounge, beach, pool, activity rentals (kayaks, paddle boards, bocceball/shuffleboard, tennis/pickleball, basketball). Daily rates applies to golf and the fitness center. The fitness center is $10/person/day. Check with the Pro Shop for booking tee times and rates. Additional wristbands may be purchased for $10/person/day and applies to persons ages 6 and up. ***weather-permitting and/or seasonally available for some amenities***

Other things to note:
When booking with us at The WilderNest, there are additional details to consider:
-Our property is located in a very convenient location right off of state highway 611.
-The end of the driveway leads to a bend on the road. Pulling a vehicle out of the driveway could be tricky as there may be blind spots. Please be extra cautious when pulling out of the driveway.
-Quiet hours in the community begins at 10pm every day
-For your security and/or safety, there are several outdoor security cameras pointing towards the perimeter of the property. All security cameras are capable of recording visual, audio, and is sensitive to motion. There are ABSOLUTELY no indoor security cameras or recording devices.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times
-During snowy season when there is heavy snowfall, there may be limited parking spaces in our driveway due to the snow.
-At the time of booking, we kindly ask that you provide us with the following information for each overnight guest for registration purposes (this only applies to guests ages 6 and up):
1) First and last name
2) DOB or age at the time of check-in
-The first 6 registered guests will be able to pick-up wristbands at the clubhouse that allows full access to the community's amenities (except for golfing and the fitness center--daily green/cart fees and daily fitness fees applies per guest) NOTE: all guests age 5 and under do not need access wristbands
