Upmarket 3/4 bedroom villa within 300 m walking distance to the beach. This home is perfect for holiday & business travelers alike.
Lovely lounging areas & plenty of space, it offers luxury & convenience at its best! In addition, we offer value added amenities which includes free access to a pool, tennis & squash facilities & sauna across the road from the property.
The property has 2 other units which all function separately. It can accommodate up to 16 guests if rented as a complete unit.
The space
The 316m² open plan home consists of a private entrance, lounge area that opens up onto a covered semi-private outdoor seating area with a built braai/barbeque, overlooking a small garden for use of guests who occupy this unit only, hence you wouldn't interact with other guests on the property.
It also comes with a dining room, reading room/4th bedroom, guest toilet, 3 beautifully appointed, spacious bedrooms offering complete privacy each with en-suite bathroom, comprising a bath, large step-in shower, toilet and wash basin. All bedrooms have a lovely quaint balcony with distant views of Robberg and the immediate surround.
The reading room has 2 sleeper couches which could be used in addition for 2 people by arrangement.
The fully equipped kitchen comprises an oven, 4 plate hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
The unit is fully furnished and amenities include all the basic linen, cutlery and crockery that you will need. It also comes with full DSTV and WIFI.
There is also a small enclosed shaded outdoor space that is connected to the inside dining room where you can enjoy your morning coffee or read a book and just relax.
There is an automated garage for two cars.
Please note that a maximum of 6 booked guests applies - 2 rooms each with King beds (converts to 2 single), 1 room with queen bed.
Additional Guests
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation provided.
The home can accommodate an additional 2 guests (sleeper couches) by arrangement only for a maximum of 8 guests in total.
An additional charge apply for the extra 2 additional guests.
None disclosure of additional guests will result in guests to be reported and penalty fees will apply.
Guest access
Guests can access everything, except 1 small locked storage area.
In addition, patrons can make free use of the Sanctuary Clubhouse facilities, situated right across the road - swimming pool, tennis & squash courts. The sauna is available but for the guest's own account.
Key tag for entry will be provided.

Other things to note
In addition, kindly be advised that this is a multi-storey house and each unit is situated on a different level with its own private entrance, hence guests have limited interaction with one another.
Please be considerate of other guests by controlling noise level between 10 PM and 8 AM.
A security deposit of R30 000 will be levied in event of any breakages, loss or damages to the house.
There is an automated garage for two cars dedicated for the House unit. In addition there are two parking spaces in front of the house on the gravel area allocated for patrons occupying the Top and Bottom units.
Strictly no parking in front of the garage. On street parking also available.
No beach towels or equipment in the apartment. Also, kindly provide your own equipment for use of the Sanctuary Club's facilities
Additional Guests
No persons other than those quoted for and booked are permitted to share the accommodation provided. A maximum of 6 booked guests applies and an extra 2 additional guests by arrangement only.
Although we do our utmost to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, the owner and management is not liable for any changes in weather conditions or local bylaws regarding bathing, lack of water, electricity etc, which may affect the enjoyment of your holiday.
