The space
Escape to a lavish beach house in the heart of ETX - a corner lot statement with a white stucco exterior and southwest landscaping set the stage for an unforgettable vacation. Indulge in the textured ambiance of lime washed walls and ceilings downstairs, while cozying for movie on our stellar entertainment system, or playing a board game with loved ones on the designer furniture. Entertain guests in the backyard and patio, complete with a bar and BBQ, a hot tub and outdoor shower for ultimate relaxation, and yard games for endless fun. Downstairs guests can enjoy the convenience of easy access to and from the carport, as well as a full-size washer and dryer, shower, and bathroom. Upstairs, choose between two unique experiences - wake up to the sunrise in the Cedar Room with two queen beds and a traditional hand-crafted sauna, or retreat to the Patio Room for a peaceful work space, complete with a west-facing balcony offering 180-degree views of the charming neighborhood and classic ETX sunsets.
