Everything at Casa Bosque Verde was perfect for our family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook meals, plus the option of a private chef was extra special. The house was kept spotless by Ana, the housekeeper, and Antonio, the grounds keeper, made sure the pool was clean at all times. Communication with Vanessa was great and she had our activity itinerary all ready for us before we arrived. Plus she arranged private transportation to and from San Jose. We can’t say enough good things about our stay in Manuel Antonio!

Absolutely amazing. The listing says Washer and Dryer available, but you have to have housekeeping do your laundry, My daughters are very picky on how they wash their clothes, and wanted to wash them their selves. Housekeeping was great on how they handled their clothes. I liked that they had someone staying in the front house at all times. It felt very safe for my family and our belongings. Highly Recommend...

Excellent location, and a lovely property

Had a wonderful stay - the location is hard to beat. Easy access to tons of activities, restaurants, and shops. The house itself was lovely, and was well maintained.

Paradise backyard

This property is immaculate. Extremely well cared for. Two bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom downstairs. Gorgeous back patio with comfortable long table and fans - we had several meals here and played games every evening here. Pool. Lush backyard with several animal and bird sightings daily. Close enough to walk safely to multiple restaurants. Our favorite Cafe Milagro-- get their daily specials! Kitchen very well stocked! Pans have been upgraded and were amazing. Spices, coffee always appreciated and available. Very close drive minutes, to several beaches and Manuel Antonio park. Woiuld definitely stay here again!

Private, relaxing, full of natural beauty

I felt like I had a private jungle here. A bunch of bananas were hanging from a banana tree over the pool chairs. I saw capuchin monkeys in the backyard every morning between 5:30 am and 6:30 am. They always moved in the same direction, like it was part of their daily commute. My kids, ages 6 and 11, had a lot of fun playing together in the pool, day and night. The house was spacious and comfortable. A grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance. This place was perfect!

Great stay

Wonderful visit!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location, easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and modern and offered all that we needed. Anna and Antonio were amazing and we enjoyed all the wildlife that visited the property! Thank you!

fantastic house and location

The home was very nice, well kept, great staff, and in a perfect location for multiple activities. You don't necessarily need a rental car as many restaurants, groceries, and even beach are in walking distance. We really enjoyed the stay!

Lovely retreat

Our family spent a magical 4 days here. The home and backyard were absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, and comfortable inside - fabulous natural surroundings outside with plenty of wildlife. We saw many monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coati - almost every day! We cooked some meals at home, and walked easily to local restaurants on other nights. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. (My one suggestion is that they get new pans in the kitchen.)I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Paradise within the Forest House

We had an absolute blast and loved this place! Antonio, Anna, and Vanessa were wondering. We will be back and will refer everyone larger group to this amazing getaway.

We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved how we could walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. Antonio and Anna were wonderful and so welcoming. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife we saw from the house (2 different kinds of monkeys, so many birds and agoutis!). Would highly recommend to anyone!

Just 100% amazing

Every part of this home is incredible. It’s very private and spacious while having all needed amenities like a full kitchen, movie library, cold AC and warm extra blankets. The pool and deck area was wonderful and we swam every day. There is a ton of wildlife you can see within the backyard. We heard howlers and toucans daily, and saw capuchins, many species of birds (including a pair of macaws) and reptiles.We saw Antonio (groundskeeper) most often and he was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the gated parking. It’s within walking distance of a grocery store and Soda Angel. Would 100% recommend to others.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed for 4 weeks at the Casa Bosque Verde. Everything about the house was perfect. Vanessa, the concierge, was extremely helpful in booking tours. Ana and Antonio kept the house, pool, and yard so clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend vacationing here!

Pura Vida!

The property is indeed an oasis with sightings of monkeys and macaws from porch. Vanessa, Antonio and Anna made our stay so easy. The house is luxurious with all amenities you could ask for. Close to park, beach and town of Manuel Antonio. Definitely worth the price and more.

Jungle Paradise

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We most enjoyed our time outside in the pool or playing games on the deck. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful week at Casa Bosque Verde. I cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable the house was. Vanessa went above and beyond to help us plan our activities, get groceries, and any other information we needed during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely stay in Manual Antonio

Great location, short drive to beaches & restaurants. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool after a day at the beach. Loved waking up to the sun shining in through the kitchen windows 🌞 Antonio the groundskeeper was so friendly, always greeted us with a smile & often opened the gate for us. Thanks for a great stay! 🙂 Unfortunately no monkey visits during our 5 night stay.

Wonderful time CBV in CR

The staff is only one of the highlights of our CR trip. They were very helpful and responsive to our needs. The monkey show did not disappoint!. The house is exactly as expected! Location is easy to get around Manuel Antonio and area. Would come back and stay at CBV
