Nearby beaches include Manasota Key Beach (10 min), Venice Beach (14 min), Caspersen Beach (14 min), or famous Siesta Key Beach (35 min). Close to shopping and restaurants on and off the island of Venice. You can also take a ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armand’s Circle for additional entertainment options. This is a pet-friendly property. If you want to take your pup to the beach for the day, this home is only 12 min from Brohard Paw Park (dog-friendly beach)! There is an additional fee of $75 per pet for each stay. No smoking allowed at this property. Rates include utilities, WIFI and cable.
