Dog Friendly Home in Rockport- Less Than 1/2 Mile Walk to Beaches & Shops!

Quaint and comfortable single family house on a small and quiet tree-lined dead end street. 2 bedrooms and 2 living room areas with pop-up full size (almost) sleeper sofas plus an additional futon in the small entry room/enclosed porch area.

Easy 7-10 minute walk to beautiful Front Beach, Bearskin Neck, Shops and Restaurants.

Linens, bath & beach towels are provided and there is a washer & dryer in the kitchen. Regular/standard drip coffee maker and kuerig coffee maker are available as well as an air fryer, crock pot, coffee grinder and small George Foreman indoor grill. There is a propane/gas grill outside. (We will provide the tank but it may need to be filled before use).

We are so excited to share our work in progress with you. We have been coming to Rockport for many, many years and it is our favorite place. We hope you love it here as much as we do.

This home was wonderful! Very clean and its proximity to town had me wishing we had more time to explore the area. We were visiting our son at college and the ability to bring our dog so my son could see him was so nice. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful House, Fantastic Yard

We stayed for the weekend- i took off one star for the hill which honestly was not too bad. We were able to walk everywhere (25k steps for 1 day!!) The best part was sitting at the table in the yard, in the shade, with the breeze and getting to sit quietly and read a book. The accomadations were wonderful and the record player was an unexpected treat. Wonderful spot, great communication which led to an amazing weekend

Charming Village Cottage

Delighted to stay in this small village antique, walking distance to the village coffee shop and to Bearskin Neck. The place was clean and cozy, and as described in the listing. The bathroom is small but functional, and the stairs are super steep but the handrail makes them safe. Our host was responsive and kind. We'd stay here again!

Great place for a get together with friends!

Property was clean, well decorated in Gloucester vacation decor, inviting! Check-in was easy, and we had a great time together. Would definitely like to visit here again!

Lovely, easy stay

This was a fantastically easy stay in Rockport. We came to town to visit friends and this was such an ideal location in Rockport as well as proximity to Gloucester. The main bed was firm- very comfy for me! A great night sleep. There was everything you could want in the kitchen for a longer stay, too. Good hot water in shower! Some cleanliness issues, which did not bother us for such a short stay- just some dust/ pet hair, and shower grout issues- not a big deal. Communication with Malikkah was so easy and she made this such a comfy, safe stay. Unlike other places we have stayed, the check in and check out was SO easy. Grateful for this spot. Definitely recommending to others.

Nice, quiet place to stay

Cozy house in a quiet, dead end street. Beautiful area. Shops and cafes within walking distance. Property manager very communicative. House had a washer and dryer, too, which was nice. Clean place. Would stay again.

Excellent location

This was an excellent place to stay that was close to everything in Rockport. Short drive to Salem and Gloucester. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Very quiet and felt completely safe in the neighborhood.

Blackburn Challenge racers

A cute place and convenient for a 2-night stay with our little dog. Well-appointed and comfortable. We did not hang out a lot at the property but it seems a pleasant spot for a small group that is ok with simple pleasures — not fancy but perfectly nice!! We were comfy with individual room ACs, and so thankful for coffee provided!
