My multi generational family stayed in this unit for one week. We had issues before we left for Maui. First our last name was incorrectly inputted and no one could find our reservation two weeks before our arrival at the Westin South Tower or any Westin location in Maui. I was passed around given multiple numbers to call all leading to no one finding our reservation. I reached out through VRBO channels and was kept being given the same phone number. In the end I had to call the Maui Rental office and insist after two days of multiple attempts to find our reservation. They finally saw their mistake and corrected it. We requested an early checkin as landed early into Maui with my elderly parents. Not only was the unit not ready early we were checked in an hour later then checkin. I had requested bedding for pull out couch and roll a cot for my two teens daughters upon arrival Nether were provided for over two hours after checkin. The unit size and lay out worked well for our multiple generational family. The unit is not equipped with any condiments not even salt or pepper. If planning any meal preparation you will have to purchase everything. We were not updated on how many house keeping days we would receive. The day they arrived we had just returned from a full morning out about 2pm. Upon our return a high pitch alarm ringing sounded persisted for a couple hours. We called to ask what was the sound.
