Welcome to our Kaanapali Beach Vacation Home! We want you to feel like you’re at home here. Our goal is to provide the best check-in service and to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. With the amenities of

You will find your bedrooms and living room are large and comfortable with TVs and easy streaming or Bluetooth speakers for guests to connect to. There are sitting areas to unwind after a long day of travel and ocean and golf course views from most of the condo!

As your host & property owner, I'm available to assist you by phone or text anytime during your stay.

Set along the West Maui Coastline, Just South of Kapalua and midway between Napili and Old Town Lahaina, Kaanapali Royal Resort is centrally located in the very popular Kaanapali Resort Area. It offers the most predictable weather, stunning ocean views, and an unparalleled landscape with open, relaxed walkways, making walking the area desirable.

This is a unique property; the top (3rd) floor allows you to have a gorgeous view of the ocean. With our proximity to the ocean, a cool Pacific breeze can be enjoyed through our screened doors and windows, If needed, Central Air Conditioning is always available... Quite concrete neighboring walls, light, and bright remodeled home, Hawaiian flair decor, and unique dishes to give you that in-home Hawaiian cuisine. You will be delighted at how close this home is to everything you want to do. With its parking right outside your door, you can quickly hop into your car and explore.

Want to save money! By staying in for your fresh homemade pot of Kona coffee, picking up snacks at the market, packing picnics for the beach, or BBQ-in on the lanai or by the pool, you will save money using our fully equipped kitchen and resort amenities! Just think of having to constantly pay for valet and tipping! With our Self-parking, you're quickly out the door and on the road to wherever the Island is calling you. *3M Drinking Water Filter System Faucet. Although our non-filter water is also good to drink, this process provides cleaner, better-tasting drinking water! No need to buy bottled water!

If you’re a foodie there are lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which will entertain your appetite! Local Hawaiian bars to have that popular Mai Tai or a cold Maui Brew Beer on tap!

Hawaiian culture is everywhere! From historic garden walks to sunset ceremony cliff diving and entertaining Luaus Feast, they’re all within walking distance.

Do you have an interest in outdoor activities? Golfing is right outside your door! Beach activities are a short walk away and if you like to explore the great outdoors head to the mountains to zipline! Eco Skyline pick-up is located next door in the fairway shops. Royal Ka’anapali Golf Courses Clubhouse is located also next door.

Our Family size 2 story condo Floor Plan: as you enter, you will have a view through the condo and out the lanai with beautiful views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. To the left of the front door will be a washer and dryer closet and an extra storage closet; to the right, you will have a large bedroom suite with a private bathroom. Walking in further is a Dining room that seats 6, with a Fully Equipped Kitchen to the right. Keep moving out past the dining is a 2-step down living room with a large sectional sofa, lounge chair, and a 75” TV. The Living room opens up to a large lanai with 2 tables, one lower that seats 6 and one high table giving you ocean views that seat 4. Back inside next to the downstairs bedroom is a staircase that takes you up to the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room is very private and has gorgeous ocean views!

The Kaanapali Royal is a gated community. Its amenities include self-parking (allowing you to park directly in front of your condo), two lighted tennis courts, a large pool area that includes a Jacuzzi, shaded lounge chairs, gas B.B.Q., dining furniture, and a powered bar for making your favorite drinks.

Quiet Location; with being surrounded by beautiful grounds of two golf courses, low rise stucco finished concrete buildings with concrete unit neighboring walls (You won't find them at most resorts!), that stretches out over 3 acres. If you prefer to hear birds over people then this is the place for you!

Getting around: Take the green trolley to Whalers Village, Ka’anapali Beach, Black Rock, Restaurants, or Luaus. Take a quick stroll (5 min) to Whalers Village, Just past the Village offers a 3-mile sandy beach, with sunsets you don't want to miss. You can take a quick walk to Eco Skyline to zipline, the Fairway shops, and The Royal Kaanapali Golf Course clubhouse.

Kaanapali Royal Resort is the ideal resort for romantic getaways or family vacations where guests stay anywhere from five nights to months at a time. Such an amazing week away with family. This condo has everything you could possibly need. Perfect Lanai for morning and evening hang outs. Natalie the owner was a pleasure to deal with. All around a 5 star holiday spot!

Very nice condo on a beautiful property

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo had a nice view of the property as well as the pool area and the ocean. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. The condo is walking distance to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. We definitely will return to this condo in the future.

An incredible visit!!

I don’t know where to begin to rave about our experience! From the stocked kitchen to the amazing location to the comfy beds….. we had the trip of our lives. The living room is perfect for sitting and chatting about the days adventure. Whalers village for some nightlife, food, and shopping was a quick walk down the road!we felt at home and sooooo happy!!! Livin’ large

Property comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Nice pool, large living space and 2 separate bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with most things needed to entertain and serve meals. Decor is a bit dated but property is clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor lanai, with a barbecue. It is a gated community which was nice.

This was perfect for our family vacation! We loved every minute, it felt like home-away from home. We have added this to our favorite places, we will come back to stay! 나탈리의 친절한 응대와 주방기구들이 모두 마련되어 있어 여행식비를 아낄수 있었다 모든 침구는 깨끗했고 옷장이크고 숙소는 아름다웠다 단지 아쉽다면 바베큐그릴을 여러번 시도했지만 작동하지 않았고 가스가 떨어져있었다 그리고 공동 수영장이 벌레와 오염물질이 떠다녀서 사용할수가 없었다 더욱이 주차비를 별도로 부가해야 한다는 점이 별하나를 빼야하는 이유이다 다름 섬에서는 한대의 주차비는 무료였다 그점이 아쉽다

Excellent location wonderful amenities

The location of the home is great as its near shopping and great restaurants; the inside of the home is also beautiful, although the pictures depict the condition well, in person it is even better. The pool was enjoyed, the homes' position is such that you can see the pool from the lanai/balcony which made it even better to keep an eye on our kids! The host is extremely pleasant to interact with as she communicates well and has explicit check-in and check-out instructions that are easy to follow. We highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in Maui was perfect! The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was so comfortable! Everyone had their own bed. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of room! All the beds were comfortable. We cooked everyday and only went out to dinner twice which was perfect for those with allergies and to stay on a budget. The lanai was big and roomy and we could watch the sunset every evening while cooking in the grill and eating dinner. The walk to the Whalers Village and the beach was only about 15 minutes and there is a reef right there where we saw tons of fish and a turtle! Surf lessons were in walking distance by the Marriott and they had perfect waves there to learn how to surf. Black Rock was walking distance but a bit further but we chose to drive. Our teenagers loved walking around Whalers village every night, getting ice cream and shopping. The Safeway is only 3 miles away to stock up on food. The Kanaapali Royal golf courses were well maintained and very reasonable in cost. Highly recommend staying here. The host Natalie was pleasant and responsive.

Family paradise

The house was amazing and big enough for our family of 6. The 2 king beds were very comfortable. We did take the downstairs pullout mattress off of the spring frame and put it on the floor. Springs were just a little noisy. The view was amazing. Super close to Whalers Village and Kaanapali beach. The pool was very nice and heated perfectly. We cooked a lot of meals in the well appointed kitchen. Great BBQ out on the spacious lanai. Was really nice to have family meals outside together. Homeowner was great with questions and suggestions. So glad we picked their beautiful home for our vacation.

Great views

Natalie was very responsive and an excellent communicator; the condo was pretty well stocked. We loved the location of the unit it was very convenient. The view is beautiful. We had a great stay here. The only suggestion I have is maybe replacing the mattress in the upstairs room our teens slept here and they didn't sleep as good because the mattress has a dip in it. The other feed back I would give is to have additional blankets in the unit as we could have used an extra blanket or two. Other than those items it's a beautiful unit and the owner is amazing to work with. We had an incredible time and are grateful we had this unit as an option for our stay. Thank you, Natalie. Great Condo

What a great place, everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. My wife and I were traveling with another couple and this condo gave us our privacy and also had plenty of area for us to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. It’s location is perfect, we rented a Jeep and we’re able to do everything you could do on the island of Maui (we feel like). Natalie (our host) was great, she does a great job of communicating everything you need to know. We also asked her for tips and everyone of them were spot on. We got so lucky and were able to use her reservation at Mommas Fish House. It was truly amazing and we would have never been able to go there if not for her. I highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

We were married on Maui 27 years ago on the beautiful grounds of the Sheraton overlooking Black Rock. We fell in love with Maui the year before on vacation and decided that Maui was going to be a big part of our lives. We bought our first Vacation Rental 26 years ago in Pismo Beach, Ca. In the past 26 years, we have mastered how to fully equipped a Vacation Rental, and knowing keeping them updated is very important.

We wanted to be close to the beach and near Whaler Village. It's where we love to hang out. We enjoy the walking path in front of the resorts and the golf course. Kaanapali Royal fits our needs and we are able to have the ocean views we wanted. We looked at many places and loved that Kaanapali Royal is not a skyrise building and is very quiet compared to the bigger condo complex. When we first saw our condo it felt like a home that we could maybe one day live in!

It's a great place to Vacation with the Kids. Our kids were 2 and 3 years old when we purchased our piece of paradise. They're now 22 and 23 years old! When we're not out shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing at the Beach we're at the Pool or the Tennis Courts. At the end of the day, we like to BBQ on our Lanai or go to the BBQ at the poolside and finish off with a walk to the Village for some ice cream. The Kaanapali Royal has a safe home away from home feel where we can just relax and spend time being a Family.
