Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood , 15 minutes from downtown and mall. The room and bathroom are very spacious, neat and clean. I live im a safe neighborhood with very pleasant and watchful neighbors.

This space was perfect for a football weekend and enjoying Knoxville. We just needed a place to sleep and shower.! we would definitely visit again!

Very cute place to stay! Room is large wirh fridge and microwave, bathroom is nice, shower is big-just an over all great place! Will definitely stay when I come back! Sherri is super sweet-fantastic host!

Perfect place to lay your head

If you’re looking for a stay to hold your stuff and lay your head down at night stay here. Fairly priced and communication from host was great!

Very Clean & Homey

My husband and I came to visit our son for parents weekend at UTK. We didn’t want to spend a lot of $ on a hotel when we knew we would be out and about spending time with our son. This place was perfect. Would recommend. Very clean and homey.

No frills but a great place to stay

Check in was simple and easy. The place was clean and comfortable. I never saw the owner so it felt like a private place even though it was a shared space. My only complaint is that the a/c was really cold, but that just meant my daughter and I had to snuggle a little more. My daughter thought the shower was the best shower she has ever taken.

The room is much nicer than the bathroom curtain makes you think!

This was a very comfortable room for my husband and myself. We came to be near our daughter while she had her first baby. The room was warm, clean and great location for us to be close to the hospital and to our daughter and son-in-law’s apartment. The price was excellent and we would want to stay there again next time we come up to Knoxville. Thank you so much! ❤️
