The owner was super responsive … we loved the location on Kiawah. Beds were comfortable, the porch was lovely… would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed riding bikes, walking on the beach and watching the birds and alligators from the screened in deck.

The Villa was exactly what we were looking for! It was the perfect size for our family of four with two tween girls. We loved relaxing on the porch and watching the wildlife before biking around the island and to the beach.

Perfect mid-island location near The Sanctuary, tennis center, and Night Heron Park. Easy drive to Freshfields Village. The home was perfect for us and our two teenage kids. Quiet and relaxing. Host communication was great. Would book again

Nice second floor villa. There were 3 adults and it was fabulous. We did have a little trouble finding the building when we first got here because you can’t see the numbers from the parking lot, but go in order so we finally figured out where it was. Other than that we had a great time!!!

Rebecca, The location of the villa makes it very quiet and private, other villas are off the parking lot directly but 5508 is situated so there are no cars coming and going which makes it a ittle difficult to find but worth the extra effort. Thanks for the positive review. Art

Location was great, but a little difficult to find at night. The walkway lights weren’t lit. But the villa was well equipped and comfortable for two adults and two teens.

Great layout. Well-stocked kitchen. Serene view of lagoon. Host was very communicative about our stay. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and no parking at beach site. Great if you have bikes!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was a perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and the screened porch was pleasant in the mornings while we enjoyed our coffee. Bikes are highly recommended for going to the beach. We would definitely return to this location.

Great experience. make sure all people staying at the vrbo AND have their own car are listed in the vrbo. I made the mistake of not including my brother who drove down. Luckily, Arthur (host) was very responsive and only delayed getting through the gate 5-10 minutes. Otw, 10/10.

Wonderful location, super friendly hosts that were very communicative. Very close bike ride to the beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary, many golf courses.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is beautiful with lovely lagoon views and close to both the Sanctuary and the Nest. Art was a terrific host and we’d love to stay here again! Highly recommended.
