Welcome to our Tranquility Oasis!!! Great place to watch OSU football game while swimming in the heated indoor pool!!! Memories will be made here!!!! This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!

Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!

The indoor pool was dreamy to swim multiple times a day. Great kitchen for baking! A short 15 min drive to restaurants and shopping. We had three families and everyone basically had their own wing.

This house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. The pool was the perfect temperature. The only thing I wish this house had was a dining table because the stools are a little uncomfortable.

This was our second time at the property and ideally we’ll be back again. The space is accommodating for our group, and we love the pool and kitchen and backyard. Amy is highly responsive and helpful if you run into any issues!

Everything was very clean and well stocked! Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Everyone had so much fun in the pool too-having a bathroom out in the pool area was also a nice surprise. We look forward to coming back again!

Photos do no justice! The property was beautifully perfect for me & my guests. The property was clean and easy to maintain. The pool was clean and a good depth for everyone. Could have been a tad bit warmer. However we had no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay and give this place a 10/10!! We will be back!

The indoor pool was awesome. The kitchen and living room areas were great for hanging out with a large group. Amy was very responsive to messages. Thank you for everything!

The stay was great! Loved everything about the house, pool tho was not heated by day 2 and the temp in the pool room was not adjustable so it was too cold to swim.

Beautiful home, great rooms very spacious, wonderful master suite, fabulous kitchen. great pool. Too much chlorine however, the kids got chlorine burn. Overall we had a great time and will come back again

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very accommodating to my needs when I requested the pool to be warmer due to me having my toddler and not wanting him to get sick. It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay!

Great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved the pool, and the adults loved even more to be able to relax on the reclining couches while the kids swam! Will definitely stay again!
