Recently upgraded condo located in the heart of Steinhatchee. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and has ample parking for vehicles and boats, though not gauranteed.This is in a prime location with that include internet, TV, and garbage pick-up. All paper goods included. King master bedroom, queen couch pull out, blow up mattress in unit. Come stay within walking distance of the new marina, Roys, Crabbie Dads, and more!
**Travel insurance is highly recommended-no refunds for weather etc!**

Nice place

We enjoyed staying here. Clean house with all the amenities, some fun outdoor games in the pavilion and within walking distance to nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to the docks

The location was great. The neighbors were friendly. The place was clean and easy to get into/lock up. We’ll definitely be looking into staying again next season!

Perfect Weekend

My husband and I came for the weekend to attend a 1st Birthday of a sweet and special friend. The condo was clean, well decorated and had every thing we need to make our weekend restful. We will definitely be back! Thank you to our host for have such a lovely home away from home.

Good location

This property was within walking distance to the marina and good food. It wasn’t too crowded and parking was easy. The host had Emailed our unit code so check in could not have been any easier

Exactly as described

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen, new towels in bathroom, comfortable bed. Manager is quick to respond if you have questions. Short walking distance or short drive (less than 5 minutes) to marinas and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Fabulous Scalloping Weekend Getaway!

This condo is exactly as described. Comfortable with all the needed necessities to make a weekend great! Perfect location to the new marina and easy walking distance to hear great music and get a drink! Perfect stay! Will definitely return next summer!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Close to everything and within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Smells of rotten / moldy / musty wood

The unit smells terrible . Notified the host who told us it smells normal to them. They changed an air freshener , installed a dehumidifier and placed 5 damp rids. ( ?? Why if it smells normal). We could only tolerate one night in the unit. We told the host and have not received any reply . Avoid this rotting unit . It was remodeled but there must be rotten framing behind the Sheetrock.
