Stunning Top Floor View of the Steinhatchee River! Beautiful Condo with large balcony, private boat slip included! Next door to public boat ramp, trailer parking and Who Dats Bar/Grill. 4 Steps from the elevator, Panoramic views of river and Gulf! Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, scalloping, fishing and fabulous restaurants. New 24 hour camera system monitoring of parking lot, pool and dock is currently operational for your protection and the protection of your vehicle, boat and pool activities.
***NOTE - Docks and elevator are currently out of order due to Hurricane Helene, but are in-line for repair and should be fixed by Scallop Season. The good news is that there is a public boat ramp ~100 yards away and a dedicated parking lot across the street from the condo to park boat trailers. The stairs are in fine shape!

All scallop shells to are to be put in dumpster not in river. NO PETS! Automatic $500 dollar cleaning fee for any pet violation!
Owners balconies are very close together, so please refrain from loud music or voices after 10pm

Just as Tamara described. Nice, clean condo with great views of Steinhatchee River. Gear locker on ground floor was very helpful. Communication with Tamara was excellent - responsive, professional and accomodating. We will be returning to stay at this condo in the future.

Great place and experience

The place was exactly as described. The location was perfect and directly on the water with access. The condo was clean and inviting. The outside grounds were kept nicely and convenient to everything. Our host was so easy to communicate with and super helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect little getaway

This place had everything we needed for a little fishing getaway. We were able to dock our boat in the provided slip with the boat ramp and trailer parking at the end of the street. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing in the pool. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids.
