When entering the home you will be greeted by one of the living areas featuring a seating area, tv, mini fridge, and built-in twin/twin bunk beds. Down the hall, you will find a guest bedroom and a shared bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin daybed with a twin trundle and a 43" smart flatscreen tv. The guest bedroom has direct access to a patio in the fully fenced in backyard.

As you make your way to the second floor you are greeted with a wide open floor plan including the second living area, kitchen, and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room for more than one chef. There is a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, pots/pans and cooking utensils, and a large pantry cabinet for all of your groceries. The dining table has ample seating for all of your guests to dine or play a game after a day at the beach or by the pool. Lounge in the living area on the large sectional and watch your favorite shows on the smart HD flat-screen TV, or enjoy the private balcony off the living area with outdoor seating to enjoy the warm tropical breeze. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living area and features a king-size bed, a 43" Smart Flat Screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a private balcony with seating, party lights, and amazing sunset views. An additional guest bedroom upstairs offers a queen size bed, two twin/twin bunk beds, and one twin trundle. There is a full bathroom that includes a shower and tub right outside the guest bedroom.

Out front in the private pool area, lounge on one of the many chaise lounge chairs surrounding the pool, or sit on the shallow tanning ledge inside the pool to relax under the sun.
