This was an beautiful property with high quality furnishings. The backyard, which was a sanctuary was worth the stay! We had 6 adults and we all fit comfortably. The home is in walking distance to Sunset Cluffs and all the restaurants and shopping is only a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

This lovely home was perfect for us 7 adults. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and convenient. The gourmet kitchen is well-appointed. The family room was great for relaxing. We were also able to park 2 cars in the driveway and another on the street right in front of the house. The host/manager was great-reached out several times and promptly responded to our texts. I highly recommend this property. Our whole group loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Incredibly well furnished, from linens, pillows, to all kitchen utensils. We actually started to look for something that wasn’t provided or could have been improved upon. There wasn’t ONE thing. Amazing property, great location, quiet neighborhood, but relatively close to all things fun. Great communication.

The home, tucked in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, exceeded our expectations. It was a reunion of three couples and the home was cozy and beautiful. There were four bedrooms and three bathrooms which was really nice. Great kitchen, appliances, and cookware, plus a family room off of the kitchen that had a fireplace and accommodated all of us easily. The backyard was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, lovely patio furniture, hot tub, picnic table and magical string lights. Check-in and check-out were seamless and any questions we had we received a quick response. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location just a short walk from the ocean. The backyard with the bar and kitchen was our favorite spot to relax. Everything was clean and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Highly recommended!

Great home to celebrate a multigenerational Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well appointed and backyard was perfect for outdoor dining and containing a busy two year old. Great location, one black from Sunset Cliffs. The sunset did not disappoint!

Our family (two parents, three kids) had a great stay at the property. The management company is fantastic - incredibly responsive and helpful in any way needed. All questions were answered through a portal that gave instructions for common questions you’d have in a new home. The house itself is great - quiet and spacious with a backyard that lived up to the pictures. We spent most of our time outdoors dining at the outdoor dining room, relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a woodburning fire in the fire place. The house is conveniently located to everything you could want in Ocean Beach or surrounding areas. Quick ride from the airport, and easy access to the Zoo or Sea World. Would definitely recommend!

Bachelorette Getaway

The property was awesome, the backyard space with the hottub was super clutch. The property management was super flexible, allowing one of our group to enter the property slightly ahead of check-in time to decorate for the Bachelorette. They also approved a late checkout which was super helpful for our group. Thank you so much!

Lovely and comfortable home

This home is as described. Very nice home, well maintained, very comfortable. The backyard is really nice. I wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy all this home had to offer. The beds are comfortable. The twin beds were a little squeaky. So close to the beach and Sunset cliffs. Would stay here again.

Celebrating a milestone

We were in San Diego to celebrate a major milestone for our son who is in the military. The property was perfectly positioned in a beautiful neighborhood and the property fully suited our needs. The house is perfectly maintained and has all the amenities a family needs to enjoy their time on the California coast. Whether in winter or summer, this house has everything you could need to make the most of the seasons and enjoy a relaxing stay. The owners and property management were a pleasure to work with while booking our trip and they were immediately responsive to our questions and needs throughout. I highly recommmend this property

A great house!

This house is unassuming at first but as we got settled into the home, we really enjoyed it. The only drawback was that we couldn’t get the TV in the main room to show local channels and the initial communication wasn’t helpful, so we gave up. Suggest displaying step by step instructions in the home. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!!!!

Cozy beautiful home

Everything about this vacation was hassle free. Great customer service. Beautiful location. This home was such a warm, cozy, homie feel. A lot of time was spent in the family room just sitting around talking. Everyday we noticed something more in those that made so much more beautiful. You can tell a lot of effort goes into this home decorations cleaning and making it. Cozy place for guests. Definitely recommend. One negative thing which is not the house isssue…the beach is definitely not a beach to honest and relax you can’t access it. It is defiantly more of just the sunset “cliffs” very beautiful though!

Great Spring Break Getaway

We had a great stay for Spring Break at this home with our 4 kids. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had groceries delivered (contact provided through the property manager) and also had baby items delivered. The property manager was very accessible when we had questions and helped us resolve minor issues quickly. There was a tenant in the above garage apartment but we only saw her twice, did not interfere with our stay or experience. We felt safe in this home. Our 12 year old daughter stayed in the back house by herself without any issues. We loved having the hot tub, would be nice to have it serviced mid-week, it got a little mirky by the end of our stay (which was our fault!) because we used it so much! Overall, loved this home, would go back and stay again!

Nice house - poor maintenance service

House has a nice layout and a very nice backyard area. Good for our group of 7 adults and a toddler and infant. Only 2 blocks to sunset cliffs area. Quiet area with plenty of parking in front of the house. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in keeping the house cool on hot days. Nicely furnished as shown in the listing photos. We had a major issue in that the refrigerator was not working on our arrival. After a number of attempts calling and texting VACASA they delivered a compact (dorm size) refrigerator as a substitute which was completely inadequate for our group. A free multiple calls and texts a refrigerator service man came the second day of our stay. After a quick check he indicated that the refrigerator could not be repaired quickly until a replacement compressor was found. We were stuck using a small ice chest we found in the backyard along with the mini-fridge they had delivered for the remainder of our stay. On Sunday (5 days into our stay) evening a serviceman showed up at 6 pm and said he had a replacement compressor to install. He then indicated that it would take a minimum of 2 hours and would likely be quite noisy. Since we were scheduled to depart the next morning we requested that he not disturb us during dinner and return after our departure. We found that VACASA was very poor in communicating what they might be doing to address the issue. It was a nice house, but our issue with the non working refrigerator and the response of the management agency left us with a very disappointing experience.
