Whistlepunk 44- 1 BEDROOM PLUS LOFT, 2 BATH - BEDDING: Master BR: Queen, Loft, One Bunk Bed, and one loft bed over a futon. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps a max of 7 people. A perfect unit for your vacation needs. The Whistlepunk complex has the feel and look of a Alpine Village. Loft units have a separate bedroom with the master bedroom downstairs on the first floor and the second bedroom located in the loft area is accessed by the spiral staircase. Living room area has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, units also has a washer/dryer, wood fireplace and a balcony. The Whistlepunk Complex is of High demand due to its location to the slopes. Located within 100 yards away from 2 Ski Lifts and across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory. Newly remodeled in 2023.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Bike Friendly Lodging, Free Resort Shuttle Service. Within walking distance to The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants and the Split Rocks heated pool (additional fee).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Amazing location and SUPER Cozy

Ski trip

The condo was cute and clean and well stocked- it is definitely tiny and cozy (the living area and kitchen). We loved having a real wood fireplace. Just fyi it is a little walk to slopes and shuttle, just to keep in mind if you have littles or older people - it’s a good walk with equipment.

Poor communication after hours

The condo was as expected and good use of storage. However, if you have an emergency after hours, the communication is not great. We were locked out of the unit due to faulty keypad and had to wait in the cold, with a two year old, for over an hour for help although the maintenance guy was on the property. Basically, you have to call someone out of the country and they contact maintenance, if they can.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
