POWDERIDGE #15 - 2 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE, 2.5 BATHS- BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: King Bed, private bath; Bedroom #2: 2 Queen Beds. this inviting two-story townhouse offers comfort and convenience just steps from the slopes. ( Powderidge Lift). The main level features an open-concept living and dining area, a half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace. Additional amenities include in-unit washer and dryer and a dedicated ski gear entry/storage area.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Park at your door. Free Resort Shuttle Service.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

We were unable to stay in this property as we were notified the owner wanted to use the unit 5.5 hours before our check in as we were enroute to the property. The owner should have taken this property off listing. The management company did an amazing job relocating us to another property and salvaging our weekend.

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
