Enjoy your stay in this beautifully upgraded 1928 Spanish Mission Style home. No more than 5 miles from the airport, beach, zoo or downtown and walking distance to the brand new WPB golf course, playgrounds and dog parks. You are at the center of it all. Enjoy fast wifi, a big comfy KING bed in one room, a cloud-like queen bed in the second and black out curtains in both, a LARGE fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar and a private fenced-in backyard with a relaxing outdoor setting. This home is a lovely space to unwind after a long day of either work or play.

I chose this neighborhood for it's close proximity to the airport, the beach, great restaurants and shops. I knew this was the style of house that I wanted too so when this beautiful became available I had to have it and share it with the world.

Our home built in 1926 is very special to us. The craftsmanship and style of the home and the overall feel of the neighborhood is so incredibly welcoming that we never want to leave and know others will feel the same.
