Our peaceful 2-bedroom house has everything you need for your Napanee trip. Whether you are in Town for work or pleasure. The house comes with newly renovated sunroom, large back deck and yard. Propane firepit and BBQ. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a fully stocked kitchen, living room has smart TV with Netflix and Disney +. Enjoy the electric fireplace while you watch a movie. Our BNB is within short driving or walking distance to several nice shops and Restaurants, Near by Ball Diamond, Hockey Arena and Golf course. An ideal base to explore Napanee and surrounding areas like Kingston, Bath, Picton and right between Toronto and Ottawa. House will be decorated for each season and holiday. Close to 401 and Via Rail. We have some lawn darts and horse shoes for outdoor fun, indoor and outdoor toys for children.
There are outdoor security camera's for everyone's safety, and self entry access.

Perfect place to stay in Napanee

This cozy little place is a gem. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay very pleasant. The little extras and the convenient location make it perfect for a family of 4. We loved the peaceful back patio. cheerful front sunroom, interior decor and all the lovely plants.

Very lovely house, very clean, new and well equipped. Marie-Jane is very welcoming, helpful and considerate. She had a special gift for me which I appreciate uttermost, when she learned that I was a fan of one of Napanee's raised child. I had an excellent stay feeling confortable and at home. Hockey tournament in Napanee

It was so comfortable and welcoming. I slept well and had a really good time at the tournament.

Best Home-Away-from-Home!!!

We are both in our 60s and came home to have Thanksgiving with family! The house was spotless and so adorably decorated for autumn throughout! And it had a lovely welcome basket with snacks, cold drinks in the fridge and coffee and tea pods for the Keurig! My husband has alzheimer's and it was the BEST home setting possible and he adjusted quickly! So cozy! Had breakfast in the sunny kitchen every day; watched tv, sat in the lovely front porch and on the wonderful back deck with coffee in the morning. Close to town, stores, beautiful parks. MaryJane is an absolutely wonderful host and was so helpful! She thought of everything - including the comfy outdoor seating, firepit, bbq, outdoor dishes and glasses, to the fully stocked kitchen - even with a selection of herbs! The beds were comfy and very cutely decorated; the bathroom was also cute and nicely stocked with products! Thank you, Mary Jane, for making our stay the BEST HOME possible! We loved it and are looking forward to coming back!

Wrong house but still worth it

We got transferred to a different property than the one we were suppose to have, but overall it worked out. Nicely decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Some down falls was no railing inside the house to go up the stairs, no back deck so no fire pit. If you wanted you would have to go over next door which by the way was the house we were suppose to stay and use their firepit. But overall everything worked out and we had fun

I enjoy meeting new people and bringing them to Napanee, I have also had long term rentals since 2008.

This is a mature, quiet neighbourhood, with many beautiful Century Homes around it. We live right next door if you should need anything at all. Makes it very convenient to manage and maintain the property

This location is walking distance to Napanee's Fair Grounds which have several outdoor concerts in the summer and of course the fair in August, the Curling Club is beside the Fair Grounds. Two convivence Stores nearby, hospital a couple blocks away and several Churches
