1st Floor includes personal off street paved parking with ground level access to private keyless entrance opening to hallway with personal kitchenette, entertainment console in recreation room, private room(s) and full bath. Outdoor seating with table, chairs, refrigerator, and grill/utensils on covered porch. Wi-fi throughout.

Laundry room is in owner's quarters and not part of guest suite. Laundry service may be available upon request.
