All the way to the cork screws and blender, this unit has it all. Within a mile and a half of KSU Football Stadium, this unit is available for anything from nightly rental to yearly lease. A nice mix of modern and contemporary furniture with an wide inventory of all the necessities and then some for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation floors that yield a quietness that is unsurpassed. Cico Park is right out the door and the location is convenient to everything in Manhattan. Please call the office 8-5 Monday-Friday to arrange your stay.

Things were fine. One toilet had the water turned off, but someone came out shortly after we reported it the morning after our arrival. We liked the layout of the apartment, it was clean, and we liked the location.

Graduation stay

Convenient location for K state graduation. Price was fair. Thank you for not price gouging for graduation weekend. We had family in several units and it was very convenient to be able to have our own spaces in the same general location. Unit was clean, roomy, good parking and communication.

Great place

Loved everything about this apartment especially the nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the door entry was such a breeze. We are already planning future trips out this way and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Apartment was a little hard to find but once we knew where it was, no issues. We had a good time, clean place, updated and comfortable.

Nice Getaway!

We had plenty of space and it had everything we needed. We even asked for a coffee pot verses Keurig and had it the same day!! Quiet location and close to most things without being over priced. Dated exterior could use a face-lift.

Convenient for game day

Close to campus for the football game. Unable to reach manager to request late checkout when heavy snow changes out plans. Check in process was easy and the property was comfortable and clean.
