Beautiful studio centrally located steps from the BEACH. Onsite POOL with lounge chairs, outdoor seating and BBQ grills. Direct Access to World Famous Daytona Beach full of family friendly activities, attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. 5 minute drive a to oceanwalk . Amazing location with public transportation in front, and walking distance to the Bellair Plaza full of grocery stores, shops and much more!

Newly furnished with stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans included. Toiletries, hairdryer, linen and towels provided. Beach towels and chairs provided for fun at the Beach! Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi and board games for entertainment.

Guest will have access to the ENTIRE place with full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 comfy full beds . Onsite parking for up to 1 or 2 cars.

Summer Vacy

Always enjoy our stay, property does need some repairs and updates. Great matresses i have back issues and never bothers me. Very welcoming as we travel with our dog. Shopping and food options great cariety.

Clean and comfortable

Room was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the water for the shower was hot which was great, getting to beach was easy!

Exactly as described

Came in for Daytona 500. Son (14yo) and I needed a place where we got in late, slept for about 7 hours and turned right back and went to track. So it didn’t make sense to spend a ton of but we wanted to be close. And on last day wanted to enjoy Ormond Beach.So this was perfect. And exactly as described.

Home Away from Home

Great place, excellant location to the beaches, food so much to do. We will be back for our next trip. Home away from home, we had our dog in tow. Accommodations more than we could have asked for. Pool, dog friendly beaches. Juanny you are the best~

Perfect

My fiance and I stayed here for a weekend getaway with our infant daughter. The property and our communications with the owner were great. We will definitely rent here again when we come back to Daytona.

Great location with everything you can need on a trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is right by the beach and short walk or drive to grocery stores, restaurants, bars etc. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is provided and the place is extremely well kept and clean! I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting us!

Cozy and close to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was exactly as described and pictured. It is small, but we don’t go on vacation to hang in the room so this wasn’t a problem. It was about a one minute walk to the beach, which is why we were there. The pool was very nice and I was happy it was completely fenced in. It was only about a 4-5 minute drive to the boardwalk and attractions.

I was under the impression that it was a private condo... it's not. There are at least 6-8 families staying at the same time so good luck using the small private pool. I didn't get to swim with my kids until the morning we checked out. The parking is AWFUL! It's not enough room and the bushes need to be trimmed. Not only could I not access my passenger side of the car, but the bushes also scratched my car! Communication was also terrible! I couldn't access the Wi-Fi and the owner wouldn't respond to me...I finally got help from a Vrbo agent on the 2nd day, and it turns out that I was given the wrong Wi-Fi network AND wrong password. I didn't mind that the room was really tiny, but I booked it for 2 adults and 2 kids...I was only given 2 beach towels. And it should've been cleaner. Sand was everywhere, the stove was dirty, the glasses were cloudy, there was a hair in the shower, and dog food on the floor when I checked in. I'll never be back. The ONLY good thing about this place is the bed is comfy.

I was partly in the next parking space just so my daughter could squeeze out of the car. Once the other guests arrived, I had to get closer to the bush.

They make cleaner for this... there's no excuse it should look like this.

Too small

I literally stayed every night and day at my sisters home because it was too small. My rental car was scratched up due to no adequate parking space. The pool is green with bugs in it. I’m good on staying there again.
