Welcome to your cozy Sugar House hideaway — a clean, comfortable 3BR retreat in a safe, quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the mountains. Guests call it “super clean, cozy, and the most comfortable home away from home.” Whether you’re here for skiing, business, a family trip, or a quiet getaway, this is the perfect base.

What You’ll Love

Premium comfort: DreamCloud mattresses, luxury linens, two entertainment areas, and cozy living spaces.

Convenience: Self-check-in, private off-street parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air/heat, and Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+.

Location: In trendy Sugar House, walk to parks, restaurants, cocktail spots, and shopping. Just 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to six world-class ski resorts.

Flexibility: The entire 3BR apartment has a remodeled basement, which provides plenty of space for families, couples, or groups.

Upstairs:

Master bedroom with a queen DreamCloud mattress, a closet, and a mirror.

Living room with plush seating, Apt2B sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and stainless steel sliding privacy doors.

Dining nook, fully stocked kitchen, cozy mudroom for coats/skis.

Bathroom with a clawfoot tub + shower, stocked with soft towels & toiletries.

Downstairs (Remodeled Basement):

One bedroom with a full bed.

The second bedroom has office space, two Twin XL beds (one on a spacious ledge), and a giant 7.5-ft beanbag lounger.

Cozy SmartTV den with cushioned ledge seating and an additional twin bed.

Private laundry room with washer/dryer and gear storage.

This is a well-cared-for older home with vintage character and thoughtful updates. Guests describe it as “quaint, relaxing, and peaceful.” As with many historic homes, the plumbing can be sensitive, so we kindly ask for mindful use.

Great location quiet neighborhood

We are in town for my son‘s graduation and the property was conveniently located. Close to many shopping sources and roads are highways with easy access to all parts of town.

Adorable little place that was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and so very cozy. We were there for only one night but would have been very happy with the property and location if we had stayed longer. The host communicated well and we had no issues. There was a little hummingbird nesting on the porch and that was a bonus to see! The neighborhood was great and seemed very rainbow friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location

This is a great part of Salt Lake. We really enjoyed the property, though the low ceilings and stairs to the lower level meant most had to stay on the main floor. But the owner was great and communicated well. We were really comfortable and had what we needed.

Wonderful respite

I was delivering a car to my daughter in Salt Lake City. She flew in from Denver and I drove out from California. The house was nice, clean, communication was excellent, and the house was exactly as described.It is also within walking distance of a number of restaurants, though the evening we were there was a bit chillier than we desired.

Great location and host

Excellent location and funky little space!

My son and I and his girlfriend stayed here for a week long senior year getaway, and it was fantastic! The location was excellent, the space was adorable, and Kim was extra accommodating for us. We would stay here again for sure!

House was good!

The house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, I felt like we were in a safe place. The downside of our stay was the smell and sticky surfaces. The garbage had not been taken out, the Kureg was a mess and still had an old pod it in, the table was sticky and there were messes on the walls. I am thankful that the toilet was clean and the beds were made with clean sheets.

Clean and comfortable

I had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and so close to coffee shops and restaurants. The furnishings are nice and it is obvious the host wants to make guests comfortable. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive. Parking was so easy right next to the apartment.
