Belmont Heights/Shore is a popular place for locals and visitors alike. For outdoor activities, our home is a short walk to the beach, Belmont Pier, bike and jogging paths, and Bluff Park. The great weather makes the area enjoyable year round.

There are many restaurants and bars close by in the Second Street area and on Broadway Ave. The area is wonderful to stroll the pleasant neighborhoods.

The space
The suite is the lower level of a home with a private entrance and completely separate from the upstairs unit. It is comfortably furnished. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides for good privacy. Bathroom is in the middle. The living room has a smart TV. There is a dining area with table for 4. Everything is provided for in house meal prep. The shared patio has a gas BBQ. For your comfort in the warmer summer months, there is one window AC unit in the larger bedroom, a tower fan in the second bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms.

The neighborhood is very walkable at all hours. A full grocery store is close by as well as restaurants, bars and various personal services.

Host lives in front house. Guests can text or use app text.

For stays longer than a few days, a washer and dryer can be made available to use upon request.

Guest access
One off-street parking spot is available. Extra large vehicles will not fit. Parking on local streets is free. Street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-noon.

Other things to note
There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD NOISE anytime. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact the host if you have visitors.

Being the lower level of a house, naturally there may be sounds from upstairs depending on who is occupying.

The host was attentive to our requests. The location was perfect for the beach and amusement parks. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store shops and dinning. Beautiful area.

Amazingly well furnished. I forgot my hair straightener and lo and behold, there was one under the sink. Same for cotton balls and q-tips. The kitchen was well done as well with spatulas and even a baking tray which I needed for a family dinner. This is a very spacious and comfortable place, conveniently located. Will stay here again

A Wonderful Spot!

We loved having this "off the main road" place to stay (entrance was from the alley). It was close enough to the beach to walk over and within easy driving distance of everything we could want. We also loved using their private patio for a meal so we could enjoy the ocean breezes.

There was nothing better than walking into a super clean house after a day of traveling, hoping into a steaming hot shower and drying off with nice fluffy towels. That was our first impressions. You do not need a car in this neighborhood. You can get groceries, go out for drinks and dinner, and hit up the beach. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Perfect location

Great location! Easy walking distance to beach, grocery, restaurants. We didn’t cook during our stay but we highly recommend the Grilled Avocado at Belmont Brewing Co. Owner was very responsive. Snacks were appreciated. Clean property.

Great Getaway

This was a perfect retreat to help my son recover from major knee surgery! Easy access from ground level parking spot. Very quiet, lovely neighborhood with easy access to the beach trails for my morning runs! Host Sarah was very quick with responses and updates! Would definitely visit again when in Long Beach!

Cozy Casita!

Perfect accommodations and location for our long weekend stay in Long Beach. A quick walk to the beach and local restaurants and a short drive to downtown LB. Our host was super nice and responsive and the property is really beautiful! The jasmine smells amazing!

The venue was great and close to all of the attractions. It was close to downtown and the ocean. We were in town for pleasure and it was a pleasant stay. Thanks to the host again for clean and comfortable accommodations..

Perfect CSULB Parent Spot!

We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks, coffee, condiments, spices, etc. The space between the bedrooms was great so we had privacy and quiet while our son and friend stayed up late.

This darling little home was perfect for us!!! It is a short lovely walk to the beach. Cruise around the neighborhoods to enjoy the weather see gorgeous historic homes {and landscapes for you plant lover's}! Parking on the street was a breeze... as was checking in. The place itself was spic 'n span having a second bedroom makes it spacious-- perfect price point! The *only* thing I'd upgrade is the coffee maker to a keurig ;) ...but I'm a coffee snob, lol!!! Thank you for the stay!

As a host, I really want our guests to enjoy their stay, feel at home and experience all that our city has to offer.

Belmont Heights/Belmont Shore is a vibrant neighborhood. Our property is a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants within 5 minutes as well as grocery stores and other amenities. The popular Second Street is also a short ten minute walk. However, despite being so close to all these amenities, the neighborhood is also peaceful.
