Welcome to "The SunSetter" our beautiful waterfront home in Reeds Beach, NJ! 2 story duplex. Each floor consists of a open concept kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 2 Kitchens, 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Offering the perfect space for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. Each fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, while the living room provides a cozy atmosphere for movie nights and spending quality time playing board games. 55" smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout the home.

The home comfortably sleeps 15 adults and 2 children under 3 (2 travel cribs available for those traveling with little ones.)

Each bedrooms is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable accommodations for a peaceful night's sleep. The Primary bedrooms boast queen-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other bedrooms each feature full mattresses and Smart TVs logged into several major streaming services. All rooms are equipped with window air conditioners and baseboard heating, ensuring your comfort year-round.

Outside, you'll find off-street parking for 4-6 cars, and a large peaceful dock with a fishing pier. You can hear the waves of the Delaware Bay lapping against the bulkhead as you take in the beautiful views. Just steps from the front door, you'll have access to a quiet section of Reeds Beach, surrounded by an expansive nature preserve. Nature enthusiasts will love the local fauna, which changes with the seasons throughout the year. Keep an eye out for dolphins, migratory birds, diamondback terrapins, horseshoe crabs, and more. During the summer months, we provide some deterrent candles and devices to keep the flying insects at bay.
