High Speed Internet / WIFI, Fire TV for Streaming (Hulu, NetFlix, Prime, etc.) Entertainments System, Party Games, etc. are available and available for usage. - Plenty of space and seating areas as see in pictures. Property is on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral Center and all other conscience, super markets and shopping areas in 10 min any direction. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach also close by, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by.
