Tropical Southern Exposure Heated Pool Home in the Heart of Cape Coral

Welcome to this tropical paradise! From the first step inside you feel relaxed and home, with one look around you can see the style and beauty this home has! Everything you need is here and it is comfortable and roomy! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large lanai/pool area!! The yard is fenced and the neighborhood is lovely! We have corn hole to play outside and some floats when you are ready to jump into the heated pool! Inside you have a large open fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating for all. A large comfortable couch with everything you need to relax and spend time with the family. All three bedrooms are as pictured with a king in the master and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the home, one has a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. This home is new to VRBO so we don't have the reviews yet but we do manage a lot of other homes so no worries we are here to take care of anything you might need during your stay!!
Remember Location Location Location!! This feels tucked away yet it is close to everything. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are less then 30 min. away. The airport is about 30 minutes away as well. When it comes to eating out you have many restaurants around that are close but you can also go 10 minutes either way and have even more options! Down town Ft Myers, Downtown Cape Coral and shopping galore!! It's also convenient when you first arrive with Publix, Aldi and Walmart all within minutes of this home. The location couldn't be more convenient! If you want to go to the movies or go bowling or even go to the craft store! It's all within minutes!!
