This is Tiny Toledo, a lakefront cabin with private boathouse on Toledo Bend Lake. This cabin is 1 Bedroom with a loft and 1 bathroom. It can sleep up to 6 people. The bedroom has a full sized bed that can sleep 2. The loft has a king sized bed that can sleep 2, and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. On the lakefront is a private boathouse with a boat slip that has a boat lift in it. Sunset views from this lakefront cabin are the best on Toledo Bend lake.

Perfect location, amazing sunset view, spacious dock.

I love the big bass marina area and this camp was located right around the corner! The dock had the most amazing view of the sunset. Very clean, everything we needed was on site, AC was on and cabin was cool upon arrival (huge plus).

Quiet, quaint, relaxing with screened in porch, bar table on deck and beautiful view of the lake. Loved the covered pier with fans, comfy chairs and plenty of room for fishing right on premises. Loved our getaway!

Less than average rental

Renters should use caution. The property owner requires you take your own trash to the dump, which is closed on Wednesdays and several miles away, or pay an extra $50 for trash removal, which you will have to arrange yourself. First rental in 10 years at Toledo that does this. We booked Tiny Toledo and arrived to a leaking air unit with water all over the floor. While the owner moved us to another cabin it was less than stellar. Be prepared to bring extra wash cloths and hand towels for your stay. We had two wash cloths in each bathroom for the whole week. Had to purchase more for our stay. Also, there were not enough pillow cases or linens if you need extra bedding The air vent at the bottom of stairs was broken and we had to place a chair over it to avoid children stepping into and injuring themselves. Home needs some maintenance, cleaning of air filters and floors, back door does not lock securely and leaks when it rains. The patio umbrella blew over during a storm and even though we gratuitously went out to pick it back up we were still charged. Mediocre at best and not worth the price Definitely won’t be renting from this company again and caution you all to read the fine print.
