In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming.
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use
- Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and the Bunk Bed are both used at your own risk and we won't be held liable for any accidents
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
- Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time

Perfect space for us

My mother in law, my son and his fiancé, my niece and myself. Everyone had their own room and privacy. Mother in law is a little handicapped and everything was perfect for her. I would recommend this place and I would come back there myself

When we arrived we were disappointed that the pictures were very misleading. The pool table was old and janky. There was a horrible smell in the kitchen, the beds were rickety and uncomfortable, and the pans had teflon bits floating around and were unusable. We decided to use the grill for dinner instead only to find that neither propane tank had any fuel. I messaged the host and offered to fill both out of our own pocket if he would reimburse me for it. 2 months later and after many attempts they have not made good on that promise. I would stay away from this property at all costs, it’s an outdated, poorly cared for and maintained property, and the owners act friendly but then don’t follow through on things. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points. The home and its amenities are accurately represented in the listing, and all items are regularly maintained and inspected. Any concerns regarding Pool table, odor, cookware, or bedding were not reported during the stay, so we were not given the opportunity to address them in real time. Regarding the propane, we responded and were willing to assist, but we were not able to verify or complete reimbursement without the necessary details. We remained communicative and made efforts to resolve the situation. For future guests’ reassurance, the home has been reviewed and all items are confirmed to be in proper condition and well maintained.

Reno Trip

The property was not clean the house smelled horrible. The towel provided are the size of gym towels and not nice at all. They provided one roll of paper towels, no extra toilet paper. The pots and pans are old and the teflon is all scratched up so unsafe to cook with. Overall the property is not kept up and ran very cheap. I do not recommend the property.

Beautiful home! Weird communication

The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable & as described. Unfortunately, I had bad experiences with (important) communication with the owners. 1) On the day I booked (5/21/24) I rec’d a text from my bank saying the exp date was outdated on my cc. I immediately contacted the owners (email & phone) and was told that the charge WAS rejected. This seemed off bc 1) it was so fast (same day) and 2) VRBO hadn’t sent any rejection info. I was just trying to be proactive in case an issue came up. I waited a few days; the payment WAS paid by my cc and VRBO never stated any issues but the owners still said it was rejected and that I should work with VRBO to fix it. I was at a loss so finally sent them screenshots of the payments processed through VRBO and my cc. The owner quickly replied that everything was fine and provided a screenshot of them receiving payment… on 5/21/24! 2) When we got in the house I msg’d the owners re: minor issues. They never acknowledged the msg. The next I heard from them was with checkout info and asking for a 5 star review. lol The small issues were nbd but the misinfo abt the payment is still upsetting. I didn’t even get a “Sorry for the misunderstanding” after being told MULTIPLE times that they didn’t get paid. They never tried to double charge and didn’t seem dishonest. I just don’t understand why it went on for so long and, really, why it was an issue at all. The (very nice) housekeeper arrived promptly at 11!
