Perfect little spot

Lovely clean home perfect view of the water love getting to walk out from my condo to right on the beach with my pup in tow. The place was exactly as described and was what my little family needed

A nice place to stay....

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this condo was nice...however the king bed was to hard and felt like waves in it..its needs a new bed..also there were fleas in the couch and the blankets..I had to spray for that..the bathrooms needed updated also.

Lovely

Enjoyed my stay. Nice condo for the money. Clean!!! Could use a few updates on some walls and flooring, but that didn't stop my relaxing vaca. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. Its getting rusted from the sea air. The view, pool, and beach were the best!. Loved it so much. I would stay there again for sure!!! I brought my golden retriever with me. Its very dog friendly - just follow the rules and be courteous.

Beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views as always from this location. I think the management company needs to hire better cleaners as I had to clean when we got there. Very poor attempt and bathrooms were bad.

Relaxing, Restful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my stay; the condo was clean and comfortable; I loved the floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom. What a great view of the beach! I had one minor problem with the refrigerator, but maintenance came immediately and had the problem resolved in less than 10 minutes after which there were no problems. The unit is pet friendly, so I was able to bring my standard poodle. I would stay here again.

Our stay in 403

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful. The condo was shabby, wallpaper peeling in two rooms, food spatters around the kitchen garbage can, very dusty. Patio furniture rusty and in bad condition. One of the toilets was constantly running so we had someone come up to fix that. Mold in the tub. I don’t know why we had to pay a cleaning fee.. I would not recommend anyone renting this condo. This is our 4 th year at Gulf Gate but our first time in 403.
