Place was just Okay
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The rental property manager on site was very responsive and nice. However, the unit itself needs some cosmetic and light remodeling. There are broken closet doors and kitchen doors. The bathroom knobs are rusted and the walls are dirty. The A/C unit does not function properly in master bedroom.In the kitchen, there are no good pans/pots to use or kitchen utensils or knifes-- I suggest replacing those since they are either scratched up or broken.Additionally, the property is pet friendly but there are not areas for dogs to relieve themselves. There is a small grass like area to the left and that's it. Pets cannot go to back or anywhere else. The Motel next door has signs stating "no dogs allowed." I suggest extending and/or updating the pet area since it is small and mainly gravel not grass.The location itself and beach was nice.
