Gulfgate 102 - Pet Friendly Condo on the BEACH!

Gulf gate 102 is a BEAUTIFUL all remodeled Pet Friendly Ground Floor 2 bed - 2 bath BEACH FRONT condo at Gulfgate Condominiums that sleeps 6 people. Completely RENOVATED, it is one of the nicest condos at Gulfgate, with beautiful furnishings and charming coastal décor!

Enjoy staying right on the beach just steps from the Gulf of Mexico! The Gulf front patio is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! Gulfgate102 features a King size bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has a King bed. For extra guests, there is a NEW queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy watching TV on the 55" Smart TV while taking in the beach view! The two bathrooms are completely updated with custom tile shower in the Gulf front master bedroom and a custom tile tub-shower combo in the second master suite. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals! Also, there is a stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.

Gulfgate Condominium is located on the East end (quieter - less congested area) of Panama City Beach, close to all that PCB has to offer; shopping, restaurants (Captain Jack's All you can eat crab legs restaurant is just 1 block away), Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, arcades, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more, all within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate enjoy FREE WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a nice grilling area!

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front properties in PCB that allow dogs. When booking if you are bringing a pet, please ensure you add a pet to your stay. There is an additional charge to cover the cleaning if needed. Please note only pets 40lbs or under are accepted in Gulfgate 102. Pet fee for small dogs is $150/per dog. Larger dogs over 25 lbs are $200/per dog. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

Gulfgate has dedicated Anchor Management staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Holiday stay

Beautiful views, but the place isn't worth your money! There's roaches, no cleaning supplies, one roll of t.p., no soaps. The office was closed shortly the after we got in and no walk through was given, so they locked up and went home for the holidays, we attempted to call several times for trash bags and eventually had to go buy trash bags, soap, t.p, dish pods and soap. We had roaches in the bathroom and kitchen, no one in the office for cleaning supplies or to discuss with over the holidays. The heated pool was barely above cold and poorly managed. The chemicals are so poorly out of balance that every kid I saw in there, including mine and my husband, ended up with bright red eyes. They ask you to clean up but do they?!? Before we left another couple was coming in and mentioned how many roaches they had in their room and that it hadn't been cleaned in weeks according to staff due to no one renting it. Absolutely absurd! I won't return to this location. We've attempted to checkout by text and phone and it's been over 2hrs and still no call back. They need to work on quality of care and service.

The condo was very nice and plenty of room for family of 4 and our dog. Had everything we needed and a very short walk to the beach! Only complaint is the condo needs a deep clean. Base boards were dirty, dirt smudges on the walls, area rug needs to be cleaned. The patio was very dirty, had tons of old sand and the outdoor rug was dirty and smelled. We would have moved it except it takes up most of the patio. Otherwise, we had a great family vacation.

Loved our stay!!

Perfect place to spend our spring break with the kids and dogs. Beach was so relaxing and it’s on the quieter side of town. The patio was my favorite place to relax. It was so clean and everything was just as it was described. Check in and check out was so easy.
