Come and escape to this hidden gem tucked away in the hillside of Sea Cow’s Bay which consists of a One (1) Bedroom with Two (2) Queen Beds and One (1) Bath. Awake refreshed from the cool sea breeze from the Bay and with an immaculate view of Dead Chest Island and Peter Island. This unit is also welcoming to the chartering community who would like to enjoy their few days on land; and has an incredible snorkeling area at Nanny Cay beach!
***P.S. Request from rentals vehicle that can get up hills.

My wife and I spent the month of March at the house. The view is spectacular and mornings on the deck were delightful. A big plus is having Nanny Cay Marina so close by. There is a nice small clean beach there with a beach bar and a pool. We frequented it often. The road to the house is a little confusing, at first it looked like a driveway, very narrow, then we thought it was a one-way but the is typical of many roads in Tortola. The driveway is steep. I would recommend a 4-wheel drive Jeep as we did. There are no closets so if you're a long-termer you'll need to get creative unpacking if you bring a lot of stuff. We prepared a lot of meals in the kitchen which is well equipped. The property manager is very responsive to any questions. The deck with the view has 4 plastic Adirondack chairs, there's no table for drinks or snacks. The W-Fi is excellent. Enjoy your stay!

the road up is very steep

lovely view and very nice cottage. The only downside is the reversing out of the property and the very steep road up to it. A bbq would be nice

Mountaintop Experience

We enjoyed being high above the bay, with the breeze off the sea; flying insects were not a problem. Driving up the driveway takes some getting accustomed to; but was well worth the effort. Neighbors were friendly and patient.

Great place!

Everything was great. Some hot water would have been nice. Otherwise, it was what I expected and was a great value and very comfortable. It was within walking distance of Nanny Cay, which was what I needed.

Great place

We stayed here for 4 days in March 2024. The property was clean and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Although it was hot and humid outside, we slept very well since the AC works very well. The kitchen has the basic amenities we needed. Xyla was there to greet us and availble for questions. The property is located about 1 km off the main road but all locations on the island were quickly accessible by car.I highly recommend this property to anyone travellling in this area.

Positives/Negatives of Kings Kove

Positive Centrally located and not far from Roadtown and two major ferry stations Place has great view and loved the layout including wrap around porch. Host provided gallon of bottled water due to potable water not being available throughout house. Negative Must have a car for location and not afraid of narrow side streets and very sharp inclines to get to residence. Shower runs on a conservative pump system which means hot water shower only available for approx. 2 mins at a time. Wildlife in particular goats frequent the property excreting on the driveway that was already challenging to park. Sometimes the goats would climb the side hill/mountain and kick rocks onto driveway making that much more difficult to navigate up/ down to the residential property. Pool access was far and not easily accessible. Lots of bugs traversed in and out of the house due to front door needing to be resealed. Host requires trash to be disposed at dumps down on the main road which requires trash to be placed in your vehicle and be transported.

Hi Adrienne, Thank you again for staying at King's Kove Villa during your trip to the BVI. To clarify your comments you would agree that proper instructions and information were provided before arrival and about the villa. To address the negative parts of your stay, starting with access to the villa. Before booking in the description it stated to requests vehicles that can get up hills from the rental. Secondly, the wildlife (the goats in particular), we have had discussions to rectify this problem, however, at this point there is not much that can be done in the immediate time period. Further, the guest book provided clearly indicated that the property does not have a pool, however, it stated that beach/pool towels would have been provided if interested, to go to the pool or beach at Nanny Cay Resort which is 1.6 km from the villa. Lastly, two options were given regarding disposal of the garbage, which is, at the end of the stay you were kindly asked to dispose of the trash or leave it for the cleaners for its disposal. We sincerely appreciate you staying with us and we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused and would try to rectify the negatives you pointed out hopefully upon your return.
