We had several issues while staying here, which were mostly handled accordingly. My biggest complaint was that the place was dirty. I contacted the property manager, and they handled immediately and got a cleaner in for a "deep clean". I'm very happy with how quickly this was handled, but the place was still dirty. It just felt...icky. The baseboards were all dirty, the floors were dirty, and we didn't realize it until the last day (we mostly do outside showers while we are down the shore) there were bugs under the tub mat in the hall bathroom. When we arrived there was a feces stain on the side of the outside of the toilet. We stayed for 2 weeks and it never ended up feeling like "home" because of these issues. The dishwashwer wasn't working (which was handled timely) and the AC stopped working on one of our last couple of days (which was also handled in a very timely manner). In my opinion, the owners should look into a new cleaning service.
