My family and I came here mid July and the AC broke! Long story short, the property manager, who we now know is the owner, was over EVERY day, sometimes multiple times a day trying to fix it….he never did. He sent an AC guy, in their company van, who said it needed to be replaced…it was obvious BUT the owner didn’t agree so he kept coming over trying to fix it. Not only were we constantly getting interrupted but it was over 85 degrees by 1pm…we even busted him using the neighbors hose to try and clean it…while it was running. He once brought this VERY rude guy who not only disrespected me but also my son. We asked for a refund of 70% as we had to order food in because if you cooked, it got up to 90 degrees in there, they only gave us a small refund, not even 50%, or 40%…much lower. So not only was it hot as crap but we were constantly getting interrupted by the visits. If I owned that place, I would have given a full refund or offered another weeks stay, when the AC worked of course. I have never been treated so poorly by people that we were there. Stephanie, the realtor, was VERY nice and completely understood our concerns, I frankly think she was embarrassed of their actions. Anyways…hope this helps as if anything breaks, expect ALOT of visitors and excuse after excuse with NO good outcome. We loved the location and the yard and would have considered staying there every year but not anymore…stay far away unless you want to be sweating inside the house 24/7
