Enjoy the shore in this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence! Cook up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Take in the ocean breeze from your private veranda with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. Residence 409 has all-new painting and carpets, as well as a new HVAC system! Building amenities include a beachfront infinity pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness center, saunas, BBQ grills, and game room.

Please note the Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand management.

The Grand is beautiful. It’s difficult to manage coming and going with only two keys for eight people. The owner of 409 left no space for our things in the storage area. It was difficult to find space for six bikes on the racks. Your team is very responsive.

Residence was very nice. It had so much stocked in the kitchen. Only real negative was the uncomfortable beds but rest was great
