Welcome to Residence 703 at The Grand in Diamond Beach, Wildwood. This oceanfront 3-bedroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests and offers ocean views from a private balcony—great for families or groups. The staff went above and beyond to take all precautionary measures keeping everyone safe while trying to operate as normal as possible. Thank you! The members of your team always call back right away if they miss your call. They are thorough and professional and super courteous and friendly. The check in /check out process has only gotten better over the 4 years since we have been renting at The Grand.

The check-in at the Grand was chaotic.

The check-in at the Grand was chaotic. Guests all checked in at the same time. Some families utilized two or more carts while the rest of us waited patiently for carts to be returned. Only two elevators were working. Didn’t care for the wrist bands as they could not be removed and the clip was very scratchy. Suggest the old rubber bands used in the past be returned Team members are great especially Ricky.
