Imagine waking up in one of the four luxurious bedrooms in our retreat, to a stunning view of the tranquil lake nearby. With two king suites, eight plush beds, and three spa-like bathrooms, your comfort is our priority. Each bedroom is a testament to lavish living, promising tranquility and rest. Our spa-like bathrooms come stocked with all essentials and offer a seamless transition into and out of your day.

Our state-of-the-art kitchen is a chef’s paradise, equipped with modern appliances for you to work your culinary magic. The space allows you to create feasts and memories alike as you gather with your loved ones. To master the balance between work and play, we offer a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi access.

Guest Access:
Our guests have unrestricted access to all areas of the property - interior and exterior, including the garage, but excluding storage closets. The driveway, although steep, can accommodate 4-6 vehicles. We recommend parking in the garage for comfort. For secure access, we employ a smart-lock system for seamless check-in and check-outs.

Getting Around:
Our driveway is pretty long, but somewhat steep. We can easily accommodate 4-6 personal vehicles in the drive or garage. Street parking is not permitted.

Our beautiful Bella Vista property is in tune with the seasons, making it especially charming during the winter. As snowflakes dance their way onto the property, the ensuing landscape is nothing short of a winter wonderland. With the indulgent amenities we provide, our property ensures your holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the New Year – are nothing short of magic, making it the perfect setting for your festive celebration.

Located close to Crystal Bridges Museum and Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, you're never far from a culture fix or nature walk. Moreover, Bella Vista is a culinary hotspot, with Highlands Pub offering a relaxed ambiance alongside an array of gastronomic delights.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk. Please note that a reservation may be flagged for reasons unrelated to the individual guest’s suitability (e.g., last-minute, one-night stays that may present a party risk, even though many such stays are legitimate). The deposit, if requested, will be fully refundable provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.

For furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs and charge a $75 fee per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property.
