'The Artist Studio 1bdrm-Cozy, Stowe Village. Ask About Our Pet Policy

This is a classic old Historic Vermont home which has been fully renovated and updated, but still maintains that quaint Vermont feel. The windows are large, light and bright-which allows for some nice light.

New renovated kitchen, and living space are combined into one bright open room.

Bedroom has a queen bed. Living area has a Loveseat Sleeper Sofa that pulls out to full size bed.

The 600sq. ft space is better suited for 2 people as it gets tighter when the sofa bed is pulled out for a 3rd- but perfectly fine for those who don't mind smaller spaces.

We do love dogs, please message about details. PLEASE- no paws on the furniture!

We use all natural, chemical free cleaners, shampoos, conditioners, and soaps.

We stayed in the downstairs both front apt. And back “art Studio”. The entire downstairs is in need of new electric and updated outlets. Poor lighting and below avg. bedding. The front apt is very loud if anyone is staying upstairs. The art studio in back is better than front for the noise. Great location downtown easy walking to most everything you need. If your in Stowe to Ski, Eat and have cocktails. It works

Check-in was easy, the place was immaculate, great storage for skis in the basement. Great for a couple, or even a family with one child for a weekend.

As pictured space and Aaron was great with his communication. We were up during the fall, not ski season, and the location to town and ability to walk was perfect! Saved us tons of time in traffic and no need to find parking. The space is small (accurate to the listing) but no issues with that since we were not spending much time at the studio!

The location was great. There was no AC nor outdoor patio/sitting area as advertised. It was 82 on the day we visited so it was very hot in the home when we arrived. We opened all the windows but it was not breezy that day so it took until well after dark to cool it down. There are also many units that share the driveway and therefore there were people walking outside our open windows all evening, even after dark. We had to leave a window open all night for air which didn’t feel safe given the foot traffic. Very disappointing since I specifically searched to find a home in this area with AC and an outdoor space and this was advertised as having both, but provided neither.

Great little place located in a great spot! We walked to the Recreation Trail, to breakfast at Black Cap Coffee and to all the cute Stowe shops. It was also a nice place to end our day after a long hike. Our stay was comfortable and Aaron was always a quick message away.

It was pretty clean and off street parking provided. We couldn't get the air conditioning on, but opened the windows and it was refreshing. It was close to Ben and Jerrys, and a few other things we were there to experience.

Great Stowe getaway

This is a nice apartment for two in a great location in Stowe. Walking distance to shops and restaurants (recommend the Green Mountain Inn down the street and the Backyard)) and a good home base for exploring surrounding parks and views. Easy and clear communication and check in. Would stay here on a return trip to the area.

We had a great stay at the Art Studio apartment. Check-In was very simple and easy. We had convenient access to store our bikes. The laundry facility was equipped with some detergent and access to some paper products. The kitchen was fully equipped with a nice refrigerator and freezer, microwave, glasses and dishes, silverware, as well as other conveniences that were very thoughtful. Bedroom and bathroom perfect. We were very comfortable and would absolutely plan to stay at this apartment again.

You get what you pay for

The location is excellent. It's literally 4 blocks from the downtown. In Stowe, that's prime real estate, but we didn't pay that kind of price. What we paid was very reasonable. Having said that, the pictures in the listing are old. It doesn't look that nice any longer and the AC is wonky. It works great in the living room, but the bathroom is a sauna. As an addition, the layout is "kludgy". It's not a stay in and enjoy kind of place, it's more of a 'come here to sleep' kind of place, so keep that in mind. One or two people only; more than that and you'll be all over each other.

Great Place! Great Location!

My fiancé and I stayed for a long weekend in June in Stowe and the Artist Studio was perfect for our visit. Walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The place itself was clean and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we come to town.

Perfect location

The property is a 3 minute walk to the corner of Mountain rd and Main Street, and about 50 paces to Mac’s Market. Leave your car behind and enjoy what Main Street Stowe has to offer. Places like Doc Ponds, Backyard, and Ranch Camp are about a 15-ish minute walk. Take you bike and easily pedal the Alchemist and Piecasso.
