West Bay Beach is the most beautiful beach on Roatan Island and arguably the Caribbean. Stay directly on this gorgeous beach and enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of West Bay in an ideal location and you will be thrilled you found it. Villa Joya is paradise and has everything you want or need! The bedrooms include a king size bed and private bath in one room and twin beds and another full bath in the other...huge kitchen, dining, living room and gorgeous waterfront deck and POOL - you will truly be on vacation. Relax on the hammock or deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. Everything you need including a personal chef is just a phone call away too.

If you are looking for a vacation spot where shoes are optional and the attitude is friendly and relaxed, this is the place for you. The restaurants are fabulous, affordable and all within a one to five minute walk. The water taxi next door can further expand your choices if you feel the need, but truly everything is within barefoot walking distance from Villa Joya.

Beautiful spacious beach front condo! Very clean, good sized bed rooms and a huge living room/ dining room area. Steps from West End, which was easy to reach by a walk way around the point. Right next to Las Rocas dive center and their restaurant.

Fantastic stay

Property was as advertised. Clean and safe. The only own side was there was ongoing construction behind us, but it wasn't too bothersome. Sophie, our property manager was awesome and very accommodating.

Nice condo, great location

Our family of four stayed here over Christmas break. We loved the location near the amenities of West Bay beach but separated for some peace and quiet. Inside was clean and the deck a great spot to eat and enjoy the view.

Favorite location in West Bay

As always we love staying in the this complex. This was our first time staying at Connie's unit. She was good about responding and the unit was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful...can't wait to go back!

Clean, spacious and great location. Loved having Las Rocas dining and water taxi just 50 steps away. Like having our own private beach. Only downside was pool under repair.

Perfect Family Christmas

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and appliances / furniture were like new. AC and fans worked great. We dived with Los Roccas next door. Nice having a bar and restaurant just next door. Nice beach and pool right in front. It is a short walk to the big beach at West Bay via the wooden boardwalk on shore. Any power or water issues were handled promptly, there is an onsite generator. Remember, power is not always 100% in a tropical paradise. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

Great location

This was our first time staying at the Las Rocas end of West Bay and we loved it. The sandy beach right in front of the condo is peaceful, but the bigger West Bay beach/restaurants/etc are just a few steps away. John (who is the on-site manager) responded immediately to the few requests we made (extra bottled water, taxi pick-up), and the check-in/out process was a breeze. We've already re-booked for next year.

Nice stay

Check in was terrible, it was difficult to get there with no exact address. Host was unreachable ( no response) and had to wait in the heat. Luckily I found Mr. Tulio who works there and the host did answer his call. All to then find out there was a lockbox with the key. And she had told me to wait for someone with the key. After that our stay was nice, it has everything you need and the view and location are great.

I thought the property was perfectly located - far from the crowds of West Bay but close enough to walk there. The rental had everything that we needed and anything missing we were able to purchase before arriving.

Outstanding customer service

Property was in a great location. Local property management team made our stay super easy everything we needed was at the top of our fingers with a text. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for making this vacation one of the best my fat and I have ever taken. 5 stars all the was around.
