Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds with matching coastal bedding, dresser with storage, flat-screen TV mounted on wall, ceiling fan, quality linens, and access to second full bathroom in hallway. The turquoise and white color scheme creates a relaxing beach vibe. Spacious layout accommodates four guests comfortably without feeling cramped. Locks on bedroom door for privacy.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for 2 guests. Quality mattress ensures comfortable sleep for overflow guests or kids.
Total Sleeping Capacity: 8 guests (King bed in primary + 2 Queens in guest bedroom + Queen sleeper sofa in living room)
All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, comfortable mattresses, quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and coastal décor that creates the perfect Orange Beach vacation atmosphere. Tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout—no carpet means easy cleanup after beach days.

LIVING SPACES
The open-concept living room features wonderful views of beautiful Old River through large windows and sliding glass doors. Comfortable seating includes a patterned sofa, loveseat, and accent chair—plenty of lounging area for everyone to gather after a long, fun day at the beach or on the boat. Wind down with a family movie on the 48-inch flat-screen smart TV with streaming capability. The queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space when needed. Tile flooring throughout makes beach sand cleanup easy. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and kitchen, creating an ideal gathering spot for your Orange Beach vacation.

The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6, positioned near windows with Old River views. Whether you're serving early morning brunch at the breakfast bar or enjoying an evening meal, this space offers comfortable dining with a constantly changing water view. Crystal chandelier adds elegant lighting for evening meals. The open layout keeps everyone connected during your stay.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large countertop perfect for prepping your favorite meals. Complete with electric range and oven, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential kitchen equipment. The breakfast bar provides additional seating and casual dining options. Traditional drip coffee maker (bring your favorite grounds!), toaster, complete cookware, pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and serving pieces are all provided. Pantry storage makes it easy to stock up at nearby Publix or Walmart for your Orange Beach stay.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Private Covered Balcony: Your private outdoor retreat features comfortable furniture including turquoise Adirondack chairs and additional seating, all positioned for spectacular Old River and Ono Island views. End the night with cocktails on the balcony watching boats roll by as the sun sets on Old River below. This is where you'll enjoy morning coffee with sunrise views, afternoon relaxation between beach sessions, and evening cocktails with sunset entertainment. The covered design protects from sun and brief showers, extending your usable outdoor living space throughout your vacation.

Wind Drift Community Amenities: Two outdoor swimming pools with sun decks and lounge chairs. Fishing pier with direct Old River access—bring your fishing poles, fish all day, and take advantage of the fish cleaning station. First-come boat slips with direct river access—ideal for bringing your boat or renting locally. Boat launch area for easy in-and-out. Trailer and watercraft storage available for guests bringing larger boats or jet skis. Tennis and pickleball courts for active guests. Community grills for outdoor cooking. Sandy nook right by the boat dock perfect for babies and beach toys. Gated community with controlled access provides security and peace of mind. Large outdoor patios and green spaces with mature landscaping. Private beach access—just a 2-minute walk across the street to Gulf of Mexico beaches with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters.

Water Activities Made Easy: Bring kayaks and paddleboards for easy drop-in access to Old River for all-day fun. The calm river waters are perfect for paddling, fishing, exploring, and water recreation. Launch your boat and explore the Alabama coast by water, fish for redfish and speckled trout, or cruise to waterfront restaurants.

Parking: Parking passes required ($62.10 per vehicle for up to 7 nights, maximum 2 vehicles). Reservations exceeding 7 days must purchase additional passes for extra nights. Parking fee paid directly to Wind Drift Association. Their office provides gate code for your stay.

Boat Parking Details: Boat/trailer/jet ski parking available with advance notice. Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents completed no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are ineligible for boat parking. Boat/trailer decals cost $50/day or $300/week plus $50 service fee. You may tie up to a boat slip (first-come, first-served). If all slips are taken when you return, boats must be removed from water. When you complete required HOA documents, this reserves a spot for boat and trailer (spaces limited). No refunds unless mandatory evacuation. Snowbird Monthly Parking Rate: $150 per month. Multi-month Snowbird rate: $125 per month (2+ months required).

Walk to Flora-Bama for live music, legendary Bushwackers, and beachfront atmosphere. Publix grocery store and Walmart are within 2 miles. The Wharf shopping and entertainment complex is 5 minutes away. Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Adventure Island, and Gulf State Park are all short drives. Pensacola International Airport is 50 minutes, and Jack Edwards Airport (with new Allegiant Air service) is just 15 minutes away.

Technology & Comfort: High-speed WiFi throughout the condo allows for streaming, remote work, or keeping in touch with home. Great condo and good location. We were able to launch and dock our boat there for the duration of our stay. Only issue we had was with gate codes. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful

Beautiful condo and grounds. Everything inside and outside was clean and well maintained. Great boat slips and trailer storage area. Nice and quiet as well. Location is great and close to shopping and eating, and of course the famous FloraBama. Highly recommend.

The property is very nice. I’m not complaining about it at all, but I like to give honest constructive criticism. The tubs weren’t cleaned well and the patio furniture was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great and overall it was an excellent stay.

Orange Beach vacation

The condo is very nice and comfortable!! Location was fun watching all of the boats come and go. Pool and beach was very easy to access across the street . The furniture especially the 2 chairs in the living room need replaced. Very uncomfortable because the cushion foam is wore out and you are sitting on the springs. Towel in the chair didn’t help. The other interesting part was when we arrived late our code to enter wouldn’t work because it was entered as an outside vendor than a renter. After several calls it was fixed . Our 1st visit to the area and we enjoyed it!!
