Welcome to your bright, remodeled upper-level end unit! With vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout, this modern condo is the perfect landing pad for up to 6 guests and your four-legged family members.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

-   PRIME LOCATION: Less than 1 mile to Payette Lake and downtown. Groceries and coffee are right across the street, and you are steps from the Winter Carnival route!

-   PET FRIENDLY: We welcome up to 2 dogs. There is a great grassy area right outside for quick morning walks.

-   GEAR & TOY READY: Ideally located for easy access to the lake, local trails, Tamarack, and Brundage. Includes lockable storage for skis/boots and parking for a reasonably sized trailer (snowmobile or small/mid-sized boat).

-   BOUTIQUE PERKS: Enjoy high-end touches like a bidet, a dedicated workspace (perfect for remote work), AC for summer days, snow sleds, and a welcome bottle of wine on us!

THE SPACE & LAYOUT

-   PRIMARY SUITE (Upstairs): King bed, dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private full bath.

-   LIVING AREA: Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and a Smart TV for post-adventure movies.

A NOTE ON ACCESSIBILITY
This is an upper-level unit. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs both outside and inside the condo.

Perfect condo for a family stay. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed including games for a rainy afternoon. (Parcheesi is now a new family favorite. ) It was also in a great location and on a beautiful quiet street to take our dog for a walk, but close enough to walk to many restaurants and the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect: easy walking distance to the lake and downtown McCall. The place was clean, well-appointed, and felt like a genuine mountain retreat. Couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting McCall.

Perfect stay and location! I was greeted by a mama deer and her baby each morning, when I looked out the bedroom window, which just added to the McCall vibe. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for what we needed - close to town, dog friendly, and it was decorated so cute :) Brett was very communicative and even let us check in early since we had a wedding that day. Thank you, we'll be back!

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for the weekend getaway we were looking for. Close to town, but not in town. It had pretty much everything we needed (down to even a garlic press). Brett was quick to respond to my emails, and with all the needed detail. Highly recommend this spot.

We enjoyed our stay. Especially thankful to allow 2 dogs. We didnt have to worry about leaving them with strangers. Just knowing they were safe gave us peace of mind.

The property was okay for pets. I did not realize it was more of an apartment type setting & we would have to climb 15 stairs to get to our place. I hardly went out due to that. I hurt my hip & couldn't handle all those stairs. The furniture could be updated &/or cleaned. Pots & pans as well. The toilet seat upstairs was a little messed up. But I didn't use it much becuz there was more stairs. It was a nice place, & the host seemed very nice, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
