The house was clean and everything worked as it should! We loved the coffee and snack bar. Check in and check out were very easy. We loved the big trees that surrounded the house and cooled it off a little. Great little spot for relaxation!

This is a gem--don't be daunted by its stark interior--the bedding and bathrooms are top notch--comfortable, great water pressure--all the things you want when traveling. Close to amenities (groceries, gas, coffee) and the host was a ROCK STAR in communication. Quiet neighborhood and this house has excellent lighting at night for when returning to an unfamiliar place. 10/10

This house was exactly as advertised in the listing and pictures. It's in a safe and convenient location. The communication by the host was excellent, especially when we had some trouble with the front door lock. I would consider staying again if I was in the Fresno area.

Our stay was wonderful. We had 4 adults and 2 young children, ages 3 and 1. The children loved the open room inside for running around and the enclosed patio outside for riding their small bikes. They also loved the grass area in the backyard. There are very few affordable places on Fresno with at least two king sized beds. This feature was great. We were in Fresno for a college graduation. The venue was less than 5 minutes away.

Russ communicated promptly with every question. I wasn't able to come, due to the ice storm that prevented me from getting to the airport. My daughter and grandson made it and they loved the place. Very clean, and matched the online photos.

Beautiful, Well-loved Home

We are a family of 6 with young children, and this house was very comfortable and convenient. It was clean and easy to keep clean. The house kept its old charm with helpful modern updates and the beautiful backyard and lot with mature trees were refreshing and showed a lot of love through the years. The check in process was extremely easy and the host was very responsive and kind and he thought of many sweet details like a welcome note, snacks, and drinks. Our family enjoyed our stay. From our children:The brick fireplace is beautiful, the open room with a mirror was fun to play in, the backyard was fun to walk in, the beds were comfortable. I liked everything in the house and the kitchen!
