Needs Some Love

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This unit needs help! The furniture is heavily worn and the mattresses are hard. It is not well stocked at all - salt and pepper, that's it! No coffee filters, no lids for pans, no extra blankets or pillows. Knives are dangerously dull, light under the microwave is so coated with junk it barely lights up. The b-room vanity is falling apart in the spare bathroom, and the main bath sink didn't drain well. Cleanliness was an issue too, with pink mold on the shower curtain, stains on the comforters, and sticky stuff on lamps. The welcome folder talks about a "smart TV", not the case. Front desk went out of their way to bring us a Roku. We liked the complex, but would not stay in the Rainbow unit again, unless the owners step it up.
