Perfect place to stay for a family of 4 plus 2 small dogs! Perfect size, great location, very peaceful! Unit was very cute and functional. We loved being able to walk down to the river right behind our unit and being out of town closer to Steamboat Lake was great for what we wanted to do during our visit. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Rabbit Ears August Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great stay. The shower was squeaking when we turn it on. But other than this the cabin was good. Unfortunately due to the rising cost of everything and the many fees to stay here we will not be staying again. This is sad because we have been coming here a long time.

Great once we settled in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the property managers were new to VRBO, so they sent the email from a personal email which I was not looking for. So, check in was a little delayed but the property managers were very responsive. The cabin only slept 4 instead of 6 per the listing, but that was due to new furniture which is understandable. The hot water ran out quickly and we found lots of random items left by previous people around the cabin: a baby bottle under the couch, a polaroid picture in a kitchen drawer, and a couple other things. We did use the hot tub which was nice with warm rooms to change afterwards. We didn't get to use the other amenities because it was winter, but we want to come back in the summer. Overall it was a great stay. It's about a 30-35 min drive to Steamboat downtown and about 50 mins to Strawberry depending on when you go. We enjoyed being a little further out though because we were able to bring our dog :)
